I like the atmosphere and the place its really good place for someone who want peace of mind , also the staff are so nice and they trying their best to make you comfortable. I like everything.

The staff were welcoming especially Mr. Hasan at the reception. The location is very convenient. You can easily find cool places to hang out around the hotel. It was a good value for the paid money; probably the best/cheapest in this area. No breakfast was provided, even though it was included in the price.

Very friendly staff, warm and safe atmosphere, very good price, great location, very close to taksim, the interior of the street is beautiful with full of lights especially in evenings with live music.

Very dirty - including bathroom and linen. 2 pillows seemed used and bathroom could really use a chlorine rub. Also, careful to lock the door fully, we had "visitors". The only advantage would be distance to Taksim market.

The best location, staff was communicative and friendly. They are always ready to help. The balcony was very comfortable. The apartment was not enough clean and the apartments was very little. You literally can't move around the apartment. The refrigerator lights up at night and is uncomfortable while sleeping.

Maybe the bed, but still I was afraid for the sheets. I am wondering why and how this hotel has a rate of 7.9/10! It is a bomb of viruses and unhealthy conditions! - Urine AND poop stains in the toilet (in the middle of the cabinet, I saw it from the door) - Mud and hair in the shower - Toothbrush leftovers in the sink - Toilet paper sheet behind the cabinet - Extra blanket has a huge brown stain on it!!!! - "Queen" room is extremely small. You barely step on floor - Smoke was smelling horribly when someone was smoking (we do not know from where). I could not breath in the night. - You can hear the live music from the bars downstair like you are inside them (and were were on the 3rd floor) - 3rd floor with a very tiny iron stairs - Apartment located in a bad quality touristic pavement of stairs. - Employees were barely saying yes / no / hi. Worst experience EVER. Shame on you.

Everyone who worked in the hotel, was very kind and helpful. I felt save the whole time. The street is very beatiful there and your near to Taksim and a lot of other things.
