The Soul is all about three things: location, the rooms, the staff. All three are the best they can be. This is an ideal boutique hotel, with elements of luxury that rival five star places. Nothing. Well, there are small small maintenance issues (the parquet), but nothing worth complaining about.

The location is very strategic and close to multiple interesting sites. From shopping, to eating, to drinking everything was a round 10-minute walk The hotel's Room Service for food is outsourced, and the delivery time is not accurate

The rooms are nicely decorated and the whole building is stylish, it is also clean and is located in the walkable neighborhood We arrived on Saturday and it was impossible to sleep till 3AM, for some reason cars with super loud music park under the windows:( it was much better on workdays, but we still slept with closed windows; it is a location fault, not the hotel, but still wasn’t comfortable; the shower was a bit tired

The location was great - the neighbourhood is really cute and felt safe to walk around. The hotel itself was very nice - it was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it! I was on the first floor and it was a tad noisy, but I was fine using earplugs.

Great room, comfortable beds, attentive staff On Saturday evening to night, lots of noise from outside , you will need ear plugs unless you also go party, other days were ok.

We had the largest room and it was great for the 5 nights we stayed there. I was trevelling with my mom so we each had our own space. Nothing in particular comes to mind

Central, safe location. Friendly, helpful staff. Room as pictured for the most part. They organized taxi transport to the airport. The metro is in walking distance as well. Hotel is on a street which is quiet during the day, but without fail there was a man screaming outside my window around 3-4am nightly. One of the windows in my room had a sheer drape but no privacy covering and the window faced another building which made changing clothes slightly uncomfortable. Coffee, soap and other amenities not replenished. My soap dispenser remained empty the entire stay. Breakfast was standard.

Loved the clean room, great breakfast, great location and helpful staff. Our room on the main floor had a wonderful bathroom with bathtub and shower, and heated tiled floor. Felt like our own Turkish bath! One of our team had the stomach flu while there and they went over and above to help us in any way they could! So thankful to this team of kind employees. Our room in the first floor faced the street. You could hear every conversation as people stood or walked by, smell people smoking outside the hotel through the windows, and hear cars as they went by. They provided earplugs in the room which helped. There was also a couch you could sleep on which we resorted to some nights.

Extremely attentive and generous staff, delicious breakfast, and great location. We stayed in the garden balcony room and had an excellent stay. The front desk was there 24/7 and helped us message uber drivers and handle a few other things. 100% we would stay here again. There was not laundry on premise.

Super nice and accommodating staff; the location was great (though expect to walk at least 12 mins or so uphill from the nearest train stop) There was a screaming cat outside my window while I was trying to sleep; nothing the hotel could do about it, I just laughed about it

The hotel was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. On weekend nights, the hotel got very noisy due to traffic in the area from about 11pm to 2am. It’s totally understandable, but it would have been useful for the staff to flag this on check in so it didn’t come as a surprise. We only found out about the complimentary ear plugs after that night.
