We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near the city center, main attractions, restaurants, and markets. The value for money is excellent. Special thanks to Mousa at the night reception, who always greeted us with a warm smile. I had a small complaint, and it was resolved very quickly. Highly appreciated! Some maintenance is needed, like painting the walls again, fixing damage in the wall from rain and moisture, and fix the TV signal. This comment is just to help improve the hotel, because I liked everything overall.

The location is really good. Close to Agia Sophia & Kapali Carsi. The staff is friendly and they help you! The room was basic. Tv didn’t work and very bad noise proofing. No fridge.The beds were comfortable. We were listening everything. We didn’t like that we couldn’t buy water or breakfast in the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were always attentive, professional and kind. I highly recommend it. Excellent location. If we were to return to Istanbul we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didn't like.

I like that was in a good location I didn't like that they asked me to pay 3€ when I done my check in. It was already paid everything through booking. I didn't like that they didn't provide as a service not even a coffee we had to pay for everything. And a member of staff (not all) was rude.

Staff very helpful. Room was ideal for a 1-2 night stay as very cheap for a good location. Bathroom facilities worked well. Wi-fi drops out quite often. Our room was located right outside the elevator so we could hear loud footsteps and voices all night.

It was very near the main rode, few minutes far. The price was very affordable. The rooms are not that big but i mean for that price you can’t be mad. We had a fridge, fresh towels, the room was cleaned regularly. The staff was very kind and nice. I really don’t know why they had so bad reviews. We are very satisfied. Just a few cockroaches that we killed, but still not mad about it. The room was cleaned every day. Probably because the building is a bit old or maybe other guests brought them in the room.
