The location was perfect, and breakfast was diverse. Totally value the money. The economy double room is a little bit smaller than in photo but in general is OK!

Comfy bed The maids hardly cleaned our room, the walls were paper thin, we were situated right next to a prayer caller which went off every morning, and the pool and steam room were shut with no explanation

Prefect location AC NOT WORKING AND LEFTS WERE SCARY. USED ONLY ONCE THEN NO ONE USED IT AS IT LOOKS SCARY.

Property was in good location Cleanliness, and facilities, broken mirror in the room not safe for children, taps loose, and not much variety for breakfast at all. Also I was very disappointed that the pool was not available, this was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, something my children were also looking forward to, however it was under renovation and not available I was told. Had I known I would have chosen a different hotel. I should have been informed before.

Hotel location was good. It was near to tramway station, to bus station We did not like breakfasts. Whenever we came down it was almost finished. Once we came at 9.30 am. there was little to eat. And once we came at 7.30 am and it was the same situation. We saw as kitchen staffs have being brought the food to the tables and taken themselves from it. So may be this is the main reason way the breakfast is always run.
