Very clean renovated nice breakfast location good The receptionist at the morning shift is uncooperative name Gökhan It was on high hill and the returning to the hotel at night after a day full of shopping was like nightmare

Hotel is very comfortable, new furniture, spacious, clean and modern. Nice breakfasts, location is close to Aksaray metro station and 7 min walk to shuttle to the airport. Super helpful front desk, we had absolutely no issues, great value for money - I would definitely stay here again. I really can't think of anything bad to say, everything was really good.

The room was excellent - with everything inside as described on Booking. Reception personal was very professional and helpful. Cleaning personal did great job on daily basis. Tasty breakfast with lot of different ingredients was perfect. All in all - we were more than satisfied.

Let's start with the fact that I was there for medical purposes (and not as a tourist, this is for the human factor, that the hotel did not took into account). The initial visit was scheduled for June, I booked the room at that time and paid the full price. It so happened that due to health reasons I had to postpone the visit to the Clinic to the end of July. I informed the hotel, explained the situation, showed all the doctor's documents and they agreed to change the date on the condition of re-paying the full amount paid, Or they would not refund me. So it turned out that the price was unchanged on booking, the hotel had capacity ( it was not fully booked) but the room cost me double and even more. The hotel did not take anything into account! Wifi is dead all the time, it never works! Room service is very poor, they only changed towels and water. I had to ask for toilet paper and vanity kits every day and bed linen was not changed for 10 days. Towels always with stains and black! Feels like they never were washed! The only time the room was cleaned was the last night… Because of the clinical reasons, I had to add 2 more days and guess what! While the price on Booking was 79 euros, the hotel initially “offered” me 130 euros for 1 night. I reminded them that I had already paid much more than enough, but they didn't take that into account either. I showed them the price on Booking was way cheaper and Finally, the only good that happened, was that i added those two days for Booking price :) P.s I am blonde with short haircut, everyday, bathroom floor was full of long black hair ….

Kindness stuff and delicious breakfast and simple decoration and marvelous location thanks for everyone especially Mr ayob & burhan in reception and Mahmoud in restaurant and haliana in cleaning room The lift . Bad internet .

Cleanliness and the staff very helpful ? Nothing , just repeating the breakfast every day was boring but overall it was good and fresh

Hotel was very modern and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day and the breakfast was delicious! Everything was good, had a bit higher expectations from sauna, hamam and steam room.Rooms to improve like cleaning, providing towels. We tool a massage, it was really good!
