Location was superbe for walking to main city centre attractions and restaurants. The breakfast layout was difficult because there were less tables and chairs than guests at any given time.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, and they spoke English fluently, especially the young man working the night shift. The location is excellent, very close to Sirkeci center, quiet and convenient at the same time. The view from the rooms is good, and there is a large window that brings in plenty of light and makes the room feel more spacious. As a note for improvement, the breakfast needs some attention: the variety of egg and sausages was limited, and the breakfast was served cold some time . The breakfast was limited in variety and often served cold.

Room is small, even the superior grade. Bathroom was the drain clogged and I have asked to clean, but without effect. Breakfast I didn't like, few options and quality wasn't good. Hotel is little bit older and so expensive.

The staff is amazing! Actually the staff and the location are the only two reasons I would recommend this place. Very small room, even considering cost/value; horrendous smell and roaches every now and then.

Breakfast doesn’t cater for visitors from UK based countries. While there were cereals, fruit and yogurt was hit and miss. Cold omelette & chips not a good idea!

Only the location. The rest was bad. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق بتاتا. The experience was disappointing from the start. I arrived a bit early (my fault), but the reception was extremely unwelcoming. The receptionist did not greet us or offer any option to relax until check-in. Instead, he kept repeating, “Check-in is at 14:00, you need to wait” — with his shoulders raised [?♂️]. A little courtesy would have made a big difference. The only thing they offered was to store the bags. When I returned at check-in time, no one was available to assist with luggage, which is the least you expect in a 4-star hotel. I had to go down to the baggage store myself and carry everything up to the room. The room was another disappointment. It was nothing like what was shown on Booking — extremely small, with barely any walking space. The curtains were so short they didn’t block the sunlight at all. The bathroom had no basic toiletries, only shampoo and shower gel in rusty containers. Overall, this hotel fails to meet even the basic standards of comfort and service expected from a 4-star property.

The location is unrivalled. Close to many historical sites. The staff were very helpful and kind specially Mevtut which helped us throughout our stay.

Rooftop restaurant is NOT part of the hotel. At check-in the very nice front desk clerk said hotel guests receive a discount at the Rooftop restaurant. Not true, the restaurant made it clear they were in no way associated with the hotel. Beautiful views from Rooftop, the food was so-so, expensive. Lots of Rooftop restaurant within a 5 minute walk.
