Very near to major historic location and very near to Tram The rooms are bit small

Great location but most important hotel stuff has been excellent. They are polite and helpful. I don’t want to sound picky but they should provide more variety of juices for breakfast.

Very well located, close to Topkapi Nicely furnished rooms our room had a nice balcony. Staff was very professional! Good breakfast, and I liked that they changed it a little bit every day, which is nice! Nothing to complain! Maybe something to say about the quality of coffee, but that seems to be a common issue in Istanbul, as far as we tried.

Perfect location to sights and public transportation. Very kind receptionist. Delicious Turkish breakfast. Parking. Very small beds. Strong noise from external A/C units at open windows, when you close them and turn on the A/C in the room, it is hitting directly in the bed, so you cannot use it. At heat days/ nights it will be tough.

Location and a fantastic breakfast daily. Room is small but comfortable. It was clean. The staff were amazing. We were there for 8 nights and really enjoyed the visit. Street noise which is common in most hotels.

Requested a single bed, but had two sperate matrasses

Convenient location No complimentay water

It’s a nice little hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are clean, they have all the amenities that one might need. The best part is the parking. It is street parking in front of the hotel, but it’s kind of protected by the cones from the street. So you don’t have to worry about your car. And the staff is there to help you park. The location is perfect.

The toilet door is glass made and kinda see-through. Not all staff speak good English and any price for pick up or excursion are as expensive as everywhere else. Without AC and opened window is kinda noisy from the street plus prayer calling ? The pillows are way too hard..not good compared with mattress that was actually comfortable

Breakfast was a typical Turkish selection and varied daily. The location is excellent and eateries and shops so close and convenient as well as all the main attractions. The lift was temperamental and not always work so stairs were the safer option.

The staff was very helpful, great professionalism and availability, highly reccomeded

I don't know why there are some bad comments. It's a nice little hotel, safe clean and quiet. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming to the guests. The woman who prepares breakfast every day with love, thanks to her.. From Gulhane Tram Station directly to the room. Those responsible for cleaning the rooms, I apologize to them because we exhausted them with cleaning every day , thanks for them. Thanks HYPNOS HOTEL. Nothing.

The location was very nice, and the staff quite friendly, but certainly not a boutique hotel as we know them. The elevator was the highlight of the hotel. The location was excellent for our agenda, but there isn't much else to be said. The breakfast area was so incredibly small they could not receive all guests at the same time. Breakfast was a hotel-prepared platter (i.e., no choice), which may be fine for some - but given the amount of waste we saw, it clearly doesn't work for everyone. The state of the room and shag carpeting was questionable and the lighting unusually dim, such that putting on makeup with no outdoor sunlight was nearly impossible. Bedframes were very low, like almost on the floor low. We found the mid-waist level/hand-held shower head disappointing. They offered a mini bar, but no complimentary water.

I was impressed by the staff, each and every one being super helpful, they made our stay trouble free, productive and enjoyable The room was well designed, with some clever features, but on the small side
