The hotel had a friendly and welcoming environment. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help, especially Abdullah and Lutfullah, who made our stay even more pleasant.

It’s located at a walking distance from the major tourist attractions. The train station is located around the corner as well as many restaurants and shops. The beds could be more ( a lot more) comfortable .

The location was very nice. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. As we don't speak turkish, sometimes communication with the staff is a bit difficult as they don't speak very much english. The breakfast is not what am used to eat, but can be better, no pastries only a sponge cake was served which was not expected for a 4 star rated hotel.

Absolute great value for money. Staff was really helpful. Location is central. If you need a place for a few days to see the city it’s the right hotel The interior and rooms are a little dated, breakfast was very typical for a small hotel. You wouldn’t be amazed, but you wouldn’t go hungry either. Again, value wise it’s amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at this place. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thank you to Luftullah, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He even gave us an umbrella when it was raining, which we really appreciated. Great hospitality and attention to guests — highly recommended!
