I would also like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and consistent daily service, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The only minor inconvenience was the fluctuating weather during our stay. I wanted to use the air conditioning for cooling; however, it was set to heating mode only.

They were exceptional, very polite, supportive, offered extra services such as adding breakfast to my reserve without any charge, polite and helpful , the facility so good and clean , and they created a pleasant experience , definitely suggest it to you.

It was beautiful, they upgraded my room to the suite on the top floor with a balcony and a beautiful view of the city. Honestly, the service was perfect. My room was looked after everyday when I left my room, by the time I return the room was in perfect condition, new towels, bed sheets were good. Amazing service!

Heating didnt work first night and last night. Maintance couldnt fix the issue and turned on the ac but didnt help much we froze!!! Cleaning staff never refilled water, coffee, cups, spoons for the whole 4 nights even after complaining to reception 3 times!! Sheets were never changed even though i placed the please change sheet paper on bed! Too bad that such a nice hotel has reckless staff.

My stay at Riva Hotel was a complete disaster! I can’t fathom how they claim to be a 4-star hotel. The rooms were ridiculously small, and the service was abysmal—there was zero hospitality or professionalism. There were no bellmen to assist with our luggage, the breakfast was awful, and, worst of all, one of the staff members entered our room while we were sleeping to try to kick us out before the check-out time. He kept talking to us while we were still in bed until I had to yell at him to leave. I strongly advise against staying here; you can find far better options at the same price.
