We had a very pleasant stay at Sarnıç Hotel. The location is excellent — set in quiet, narrow streets with small local restaurants, yet only a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Çemberlitaş Column, and Arasta Bazaar, which is perfect for picking up last‑minute gifts. The hotel felt safe throughout our stay, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was tidy, fresh, and varied, with small changes every day that kept it interesting. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere warm and inviting. Can not recall.

I’m sure the location was excellent with Sultanahmet/Fatih. The property failed to advertise or notify us it was under heavy construction. When we arrived we were greeted coldly by the young man at reception. Our bags were taken to a tiny room directly adjacent to the construction zone. Towels were a dirty gray color. We tried several times to use what appeared to be the in-unit air conditioning. When we asked the front desk why the temperature and mode weren’t changing, the same cold young man revealed the temperature had to be changed in the whole building, not just one room. Construction was loud and disruptive, and we felt unsafe. In total, we stayed less than an hour before leaving. When we left, the young man at reception said “ok” and made no attempt to apologize for any inconvenience, return our money, or make the situation right.

Super calm and clean and the staff welcomed us like a family and they were all super nice to my kid. Ms Sengul and nurfer Aisha and noorzaha and reception team Ayham and sadik they help with the laggages and got my kid chocolate. Honestly I felt home and all of them were like a family especially the restaurant guys ! Smoking area were super cold if there was a heater it will be the best

It’s location is near to the tourist spots. The room is comfortable (I had a great sleep). The staffs were so helpful and nice. Nothing to complain

my problem was WITH THE DINNER. I PAID FOR HALF BOARDED INCLUDING DINNER AND I COULDN'T TAKE BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PREPARE FOR THE SERVICE. fIRST DAY I TRIED TO CHANGE FOR LUNCH THE SAYS WAS POSSIBLE BUT FINALL IT DID NOT HAPPENED, THEY SAID THE SCHEDULE FOR DINNER WAS UNTIL 9 I ARRIVED 8:15 PM AND THEY SAYID RESTORN WAS CLASED 8 PM BUT IT WAS NOT REAL BECAUSE SECOND DAY I WAS TO THE RESPURAN 7:15 PM AND IT WAS CLOSED TOO ....

Close to the center. Has a good potential with a better management. Staff barely speaks English. Had misunderstandings with management. Had to get Booking.com team involved. Timur was the only person who could speak English and was friendly and helpful. Give him a raise. Also to the powerlifter who served dinners. The hotel looks much better in pictures on the website rather than in reality. In reality the impression is very anticlimactic. It is very dirty. Shower head was spraying all over the bathroom. Sink was clogged. Safe didn’t work.

The building and furnishings are dated but that’s to be expected with a property when you book a property that costs less than others in the area. However, the bathroom needs a good pressure wash and mould treatment

Staff were very welcoming and humble in their service. Breakfast had variety and enjoyed it a lot. Dinner did not have a variety of choices as brunch in the morning.

The breakfast was very good- a good range of options to choose from. The location is perfect, the main attractions are very close. The dinner/lunch it is very limited- you are served a portion but it is always deep fried food, and you can only get on portion. As stated by other people, the wifi was turned off after a couple of days of the stay. The hotel is relatively clean.

Fantastic location near all the major attractions in Istanbul. Many delicious restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good.
