Conveniently located in a bustling neighbourhood. High rise building with balcony. They need to keep up with the furnitures of the suite. We had to change the room due to bedbugs. The hair dryer didn’t work. The safe box malfunctioned. The TV plays just the Turkish channels and had no YouTube capabilities. The internet was slow at times.

The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were always polite, helpful, and professional throughout my entire stay. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeper, Nermin Kurumlu. She did an outstanding job keeping our room clean and tidy every day. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication truly made a difference in our stay and did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend Serenity Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially for longer stays. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Our overall stay at Serenity Suites was good. The staff were very helpful. They cleaned our room everyday and provided water, along with helping us find places in Istanbul. The main beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. We found bedbugs in our beds on the first night of our stay, but after informing the staff they changed our room. The sofa bed was broken. The internet wasn’t the best and the TV was only playing Turkish channels. This hotel does not have any transportation and is not near the Istanbul International Airport. The safe box malfunctioned and the hair dryer was blowing extreme heat, plus the vanity light was flickering.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable, but the furniture needs updating. I think the price is good considering the services provided. The garage is excellent, but there's only one key at reception, which causes the receptionist trouble opening the door every time I want to leave.

I'm a freelancer and Internet is a vital part of my living. The hotel's internet was super unreliable, very unstable, and barely went above 2-3 Mbps. That means you could send a WhatsApp message to arrive within 4-5 minutes. That was a huge bummer for me. and guess what, I'm a video editor and I work with GIGABYTES of media. I had to pay over $200 for the Turkcell internet and used my phone as a hotspot. The second problem was the water heater in the shower. It was like playing roulette, for one second it was warm and nice; then it was cold and annoying; then it was hot like hell. This instability of water temperature caused the both of us to get sick twice.

Its perfect for family stays, no need to squeeze in one bedroom hotels, here you have your own kitchen, washing machine etc so its 100 times better than hotel stay with hotel comfort everyday cleaning and dity up service is there, you can rent your car and everyday staff park it to the basement for you, perfect location, trully recommended!!

Actually Serenity Suits deserves higher score than the actual. It has to be measured according to the offered class. To start with that all descriptions and pictures demonstrated the actual situation, this is not a lux, but it was never claimed to be offered. When you visit the city for medical reason, and if you need to stay more in the room, indeed the size is important. For our purposes the location was very convenient, max 10 min by taxi or shuttle to hospital. The staff is very helpful and friendly - front desk and chamber ladies. Every day we had cleaning and towel changed. We liked also the room service and the food itself. No issues with communication. Parking lot in internal garage was great solution for us and we did not bother to use the car in heavy city traffic. Internet was also good. The noise insulation works and we have not been bothered by external noises. For whom it is interesting - on our small street about 300 m north, there is a good pharmacy store with helpful personnel - if you do not find something, they can order for you for same or next day. But there like 5-6 more pharmacies around - up to Fatih street. And we extended the initial 8 nights with one more to leave by car the city traffic on Sunday. It was a good decision. We have not tried fitness and spa. The only issue we had was with the air conditioner, it was not fixed during our stay, the staff proposed to change the room, but as the weather changed to cool next days, we decided not to do the effort :). The kitchen absorbator was not working, or not connected, but we did not use it.

Staff was very polite The stay was disappointing and not worth the money. The rooms we stayed in were in poor condition—there was a broken sofa with stains, torn and dirty curtains, and a leaking shower with rust in the bathrooms. The kitchen sink was in desperate need of renovation, and the balcony door handle fell apart with the slightest touch. Gym is dirty and equipment old, most of it not working. Additionally, this is not a peaceful location; the hotel is situated right on a busy main street, with constant, loud traffic disrupting any chance of relaxation. The staff was polite and apologetic when we raised concerns about the rooms, and the cleaning ladies were very kind. All in all, would not return.

I like the kindness of the staff and always willing to help. I like having a cleaner for my apartment everyday. I like that you had everything I needed for my two week stay. The WiFi connection wasn’t great in my apartment it kept disconnecting while I was trying to work. I did get very frustrated with it at times. The food options for your guests was very limited, not many options for vegetarians like myself. Also the breakfast options are very limited.
