The apartment has old furniture and the carpets are dirty and very old

The personel was helpful and always available. The so called "terrace" for breakfast is untidy, small and the quality of food is very bad. Everiday they serve the same items, very poor quality abd cheap. No variety at all. Except the boiled eggs there is nothing to eat. I bring my own food.. the stairs are very crowded as you will feel claustrophobic.

Good apartment, helpful staff, super breakfast room on rooftop with a view. The friendly cook welcomed us with her smile and was ready to help. Good healthy food. Apartment was a bit small for the 4 of us.

The hotel may be rated as 3☆☆☆. BUT: THE STAFF IS 5☆☆☆☆☆. Starting with reception, the management - and the wonderful lady responsible for breakfast ( on the roof top with a perfect sea view). Location is 5☆☆☆☆☆ as well: just a short walk to everything. Tourist attractions, vv nice restaurant, bars and shops, airport bus. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Prof Dr R. 1. Very friendly and informative staff, always available. 2. Very good location, close to major tourist areas and public transport, but still hidden enough to be peaceful. 3. Great view of the Bosphorus from the room. 1. The room was small, there was space to move around the bed and place our luggage, but not more than that. Plus we are tall people and could easily touch the ceiling. 2. The room wasn't fully clean on arrival - there was some trash on the windowsill behing the curtains, likely not noticed by the cleaning staff. 3. Cramped architecture with lots of stairs - different sets of stairs to get to our room and to get to the breakfast room.

The location was perfect, 5 min walk to Aya Sophia and Blue Mosque,. We had a family apartment, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and toilet, perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was poor, no omlet, ne eye eggs, only boiled eggs. No salami, only one kind of sausage. They can do better i am sure!

The stairs to the room were challenging, and there is no lift to take as an alternative.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating, they helped us with transportation, organized everything for us. We were a big family of 13 they were very patient with us, and so accommodating that we felt like home. Hotel is 6 minutes from main attraction and one block from the street that has all bars restaurants and shops open all night long Everything was great

Room 504 has an amazing view of the harbor. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and unique. The staff was simply amazing and friendly. They booked anything we needed and took payment for everything. Our mattress was a bit uncomfortable but I was so tired at the end of the day, it didn't matter! Narrow stairwell to the upper rooms so having small luggage is best. Internet connection was not stable in our room, so I had to work in the lobby.
