Cleanliness EXCELLENT lady in charge always have everything nit! Location was perfect near of lot of main places to visit. Restaurants, shop stores, etc. Customer service great too so helpful! Recommendation Must of people smoke at Turkey, but PLEASE do NOT smoke at the entrance or lobby of the hotel.

The location is fantastic. It’s a two-minute walk to the hippodrome, museums, the Blue Mosque, and the Hagia Sofia. It’s also a few steps away from the tram stop, so is convenient to the rest of the city.

Location to popular attractions next to sultan Ahmet tram station easy route to all attractions and metro stations . The breakfast is amazing . It’s ok coz we spent most time outside .

It is located right in the very center of the city, just 30 meters from the tram stop. The location is excellent. The hotel is approximately 50 meters from the Blue Mosque, 100 meters from Hagia Sophia, and 300 meters from Topkapi Palace. It is also very clean, and the staff are very friendly. Nothing

This is the second time in this simple and nice hotel. Very affordable offering perfect accommodations for those planning to visit the historical sites of Istanbul. Good breakfast with a nice view. Front desk representatives are kind and professionals.

The location is very nice just 10 mins away from Blue Mosque, Santa Sofia and Basilica Cistern and the tramway is just in front and the staffs are all awesome. The highlights is the everyday view in breakfast time The room is small and the wardrove too.

The breakfast is simple but delicious. I like the addition of the scrambled eggs and vienna's. The location is perfect, and we could travel from the hotel to any place we wanted to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay at the same hotel. The ladies who cleaned our room did an masing job and they were very trustworthy. Linen and room were kept spotless and fresh towels daily. Really great place to stay. The two of the beds had dents in and impacted our sleep and hurt our backs. The lift can only take one person at a time, but you get used to it.

This place is all about location. You walk out the door, and you're in the middle of everything you want to see: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and more. We could walk to everything we wanted to see from the hotel. There are tons of restaurants nearby and even a couple hamams. The staff were really helpful and spoke good English. The rooftop view is amazing! The room was small and the walls paper thin.

Location is great. It is 3 minutes walk to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque. Great location if you plan to pray at either one. Also, sultanahmet teram stop is 1 min walk so it is easy to go around the city. Very noisy! I ended up on the first floor and my room was behind the lobby where the staff hang out and talk loudly pass midnight. The staff were nice but they talk loudly in the evening and after midnight without any consideration for those who are sleep. It was difficult to sleep at sometime and few times. I woke up in the middle of the night on someone’s talking or watching TV. Also, the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable very cheap quality, cheap spring mattresses!

Location This is my honest review after staying here for 5 days: Check in: you only get one room key, and I tried asking many times but was rejected. Have you ever been to a 3 star hotel like that? Rooms: it's about your luck really. They're all very tiny and walls are ripped, and bathroom is almost inside the room. But if you get a room facing the road then you will be kept up at night with all the sounds outside, as well as the preparation for breakfast and this is on floor 4, so try avoid that floor if you can. Breakfast: really poor, you have a small place which is over occupied because everyone gets up for breakfast at 9am. There is therefore no place to sit and they won't do more food if you go at 9 30 (like eggs) despite saying breakfast ends at 10 30. Conclusion: this is (at best) a 1 star hotel.
