"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and close to everything I needed There was nothing significant that I disliked. Everything was satisfactory, and the staff were helpful. The stay was comfortable overall.

Very disappointing stay. The room was old and the furniture was outdated and badly in need of replacement. The bathroom was extremely old, and even the bathroom door was damaged and needed repair. Breakfast was one of the worst parts of the experience, with very few options available and poor-quality food that did not taste good. Overall, the hotel is in need of major renovation and significant improvements to its services.

The overall stay was good. The staff members were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The cleanliness could be improved; there was a noticeable amount of dust, which was surprising given that the weather was rainy. Additionally, the room lighting was quite dim.

Smoking smell in our Room annoying. The smell coming from the bathroom and disturbing our sleep

Location and staff was great specially ihab from reception and room was clean. Family room has one door for the small room however the master room has no door. Air conditioning was working hot however the weather was not cold and it’s central so you can’t control the temperature.
