Central location close to everything. The room was big and staff very helpful

Everything was absolutely amazing. It wasn't my first time staying at this hotel, but this time I was lucky enough to be on the first floor. It was comfortable, but quite low. Honestly, I didn't hear any noise at all, but I didn't feel free to go out onto the balcony because there was a bridge in front of me, so I felt like I was right in front of passersby. Overall, though, the experience was excellent, the hotel's location is fantastic, and the place is truly beautiful.

Dirty, bad smell in the rooms and small place.

The location was right at Taksim Square and very centrally located to a lot of destinations. Easy to get a taxi right outside. The bathroom seemed to be clean and the bed was comfortable and smelled clean. No bed bugs, I checked. Incredible view of a mosque, directly across the road. The room was very dirty. Every surface had a layer of grime in the room. The floors were dirty, the chair had several visible stains, there were stains on the blanket in the bed, towels had stains.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a beautiful view of the mosque nearby and the location was perfect for a city trip to istanbul.

Just a minimal room cleaning in the edges is needed and the bath is a bit old.

The location! A bit noisy with poor soundproofing. Very small lobby and no breakfast options offered, even in price.

It is a three-minute walk from Taksim Square. All shops, coffee places, and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance. We did not try any food there, so we cannot judge the food/breakfast. Amenities in the toilet were okay, and the towel heating and drying rack was okay. Receptionists were nice, and they checked on us often to see if we needed anything. This establishment functions more as a motel than a traditional hotel. While its proximity to Taksim is convenient, its location directly on a major highway and across from a mosque results in significant noise pollution around the clock. The constant sounds of traffic, emergency sirens, conversations, and street music make restful sleep challenging due to the lack of soundproofing in the windows. Furthermore, the television provided is quite small, and the bedding, including the mattress and pillows, was notably firm.

Location was excellent, one can reach to metro station and istiklal street within few minutes. No mode of communication with the reception.

The buys were amazing, supportive ans respectful. Location is amazing. no daily cleaning. The heater was on, AC wouldnt go on, no window... couldnt breathe at night to sleep. Door frame was broken also. But gents said they'd fix it that morning, but i think couldnt.

The lobby was quite small, and guests had to use the staff restroom on the sixth floor while waiting for their rooms. Still, since it’s a boutique hotel, it’s understandable and not a major issue
