The room was clean and 1 minute away from Taksim Square And all public transportation like metro and bus were close And the reception was a very nice and kind lady who was very well behaved and kind-hearted

The hotel was very good, with a great location and very kind staff. The lady at the reception, who I think is Iranian, was very polite and helpful. The price was also reasonable for the location, overall a very good choice.

Hotel is situated ON the Taxim Square...Airport Shuttle, Metro Station and Bus stop are nearby...The staff were very couteous and helpful especially Nourshin at the reception. Vey cosy and clean hotel ....Restaurants,Cafes Bars, almost all kind of shops and markets open 24h...Absolutely VALUE FOR MONEY

The location The room. We were promised De Lux room, and we got a small room with a window looking at the WALL of the adjacent building, and only 20cm away from that wall !!! Too much noise, the walls are thinner than paper and you can hear people whispering in the other rooms, let alone talking.
