The room was clean and tidy, and I was satisfied with that aspect. It would be better if the bathroom and toilet were a bit larger. If you are looking for a quiet environment for studying or resting, rooms facing the street or alley may not be suitable. I booked the cheapest double room. It was acceptable for me as a solo traveler, but for two people the space would be quite small. For example, there was no desk or mirror in the room. Of course, this may depend on personal preference.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, with a great location, very close to Taksim square. It has an elevator. The staff there are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. ERKAN for his amazing service. Rooms are a bit small. A small table with a chair in the room will be perfect

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice large bathroom and great walking location to restaurants and sites! Staff also helped arrange a very early morning taxi for us to the airport to head home- thank you!

Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was good and offered a fair variety at the buffet. There’s a free piano recital every Saturday with snacks and sweets — I was lucky to be there to enjoy it!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, treated us very good. The smell of the room was nice and clean , towels were clean as well. And bed is comfortable. But blanket was soo thin. The location of the hotel was perfect. The loby had body odor smell. Should look at that problem because it felt terrible.

The location is amazing, just 2 minutes’ walk to Taksim Square and the mosque. The staff are very cooperative and supportive, always ready to help. Nothing major to mention, overall everything was comfortable.

We had our room in the last floor, the view was perfect, however the AC wasn’t working well, the reception employee Mr. Duan was very friendly and supportive It is located in a slipping road

Great locaion on Taksim Square; front desk staff very helpful in finding out how I could buy tickets for an upcoing concert. Well done! Only negarive feature is the entrance is on a steep sloping road, and steps up to the hotel; might be tricky for elderly/mobility impaired guests. Other than that, a great stay!
