Property from outside I did not liked A couple of men were smoking at the front and sitting they were not guests that’s first impression not a good site . Room I booked looks direct to the wall I was not happy Front desk updated to better room that was so nice of them Clean big room Location is good as well

Great hospitality from the entire staff and I really appreciated the room upgrade. The location is perfect - just steps from Taksim Square and the metro/buses. It’s quiet at night and very comfortable. I would be happy to stay there on my next trip to Istanbul.

Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the manager to the rooms. The room was spotless, comfortable, and simply outstanding. I was kindly allowed to check in a little earlier, for which I am very grateful. I was also traveling with a family of 8 people, each with their own suitcase. Since my flight was a day later than theirs, they needed to leave their luggage for a few hours. Many thanks to Mr. Ahmet, who generously allowed us to store the luggage in the hotel lobby free of charge. There were no downsides.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. Its location right next to Taksim Square was perfect, as everything was within easy reach. Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is perfectly located right at Taksim Square, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made exploring Istanbul so convenient. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We felt at home the moment we arrived. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, lemonade, and delicious freshly baked cake in the lobby at all times—a thoughtful and generous touch we truly appreciated. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Mr. Ahmet, who was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. He assisted us with booking tours at very reasonable prices and was always available with a smile to help us with anything we needed. What truly touched our hearts was how the staff arranged a surprise birthday cake for our son. It was such a beautiful and heartfelt gesture that overwhelmed us with joy and made the occasion truly special. We are so grateful for this unforgettable memory. The housekeeping was also excellent—the cleaning lady was kind and made sure our room was perfectly refreshed every day. Pera Luna Premium Hotel made our trip to Istanbul truly memorable. Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is unbeatable—right at Taksim Square—making it super convenient for exploring Istanbul. There are many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores just steps away. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The housekeeping service was excellent; our room was refreshed daily with great attention to detail. What really made our experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmet at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist us—from arranging tours at very reasonable prices to offering helpful tips for getting around the city. His kind and professional attitude truly stood out. A lovely touch was the 24/7 availability of complimentary tea, coffee, lemonade, and freshly baked cake in the reception area—perfect after a day of sightseeing. There is nothing to dislike.

Comfortable stay for two nights between flights in family room at the second floor. Room temperature was fine ( while hot outside). Cotton linens, sleeping was ok. Lots of cafes and shops around, close to public transportation ( including Havaist bus to the airport) The district around Taksim is busy and noisy, like most of Istanbul downtown. But hotel is on the side street, so it was quite enough at nights to sleep

Clean and well maintained property, the staff are amazing special thanks to Mr. Ahmed who arranged a birthday cake for my wife and surprise us in the room what nice and well trained person he is… the best guy I ever meet in hospitality very well organized person… I really wanna thank them for this wonderful experience in this busy city Istanbul.. definitely recommend and for sure when ever I visit Istanbul again gonna close my eyes and book with them… All good…

It was excellent experience to be there. Staff was amazing. It was very clean and tidy . Little fridge , water, washroom everything was perfect . I like it . Also I got free upgrade that was a surprise.
