Nothing, except for the fact that they agreed to return the money It was like expectations vs reality, the location was awful, there was a smell in the room which the employees of the hotel justified with the weather of Istanbul, the room was cold, the stairs were very uncomfortable, the toilet was dirty and it looked like the sheets were dirty as well.

There were some things that was not full, but generally not bad about location, staff. you can reach markets easily ordering food or buying right there.

Despite staying for only one day, they were very helpful and assisted me with everything. The hotel's location is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

The worst hotel to stay near Taksim. very dirty and the photos on booking have nothing to do with reality. a lot of dust even though I had asked for it to be absolutely clean because I am allergic to dust. we even found hair and fluff on the bed. Don't even go outside. The hotel in reality. When arrived, I was surprised it was completely different and very depressing room, with a tiny window and almost no natural light. The furniture, the shower, the fridge - everything has been living it's probably fourth or fifth life, and never look at the roof in the toilet, it's moldy. All you are provided with is a roll of toilet paper, teabags, coffee, sugar and a couple of towels that feel plastic and soak poorly. You don't even get a bottle of water, nada. The AC makes 50 kinds of noise, and I mean the inside unit. The door passes all the noise and some light from outside, nights never going to be too peaceful. At 12:03 of the checkout date they will be already banging your door, but you will be happy to hurry up leaving this place.

Nothing, disappointed with the selection Didn’t meet the expectations, instead of 3 star it’s a 1 star hotel. Washroom size is you enter and it’s finished, a normal person can’t adjust and shower in peace, No cleaning services, no soap refill, no handsoap refill , no refill of tea & coffee. No elevator and i need to carry all my luggage to first floor and bring it back from there at the time of checkout. Need to text them for everything even for toilet tissues. Disappointed ?
