Staff were very friendly and location is perfect

Nothing likable except just one of the staff he’s frensh A lot of things in the description not available , like the radio , the tv doesn’t work, The air estinguesher not working , the heating also not working , the hair dryer not available . Also i did make a reservation for my brother he didn’t show up i had to pay one night and the reservation was not in my name

The property is situated in a cetral central location next to taksim. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. With the central location also means it's a little noisy.

I did not stay in this hotel because upon arrival there was no electricity all evening and until night. Having not slept the previous night, it was not possible to stay in a stuffy room at +30. I was not offered any other conditions, not even an apology. I had to change hotels without getting my money back.

The electricity was out for 2 days, and the owner refused to return our money back! Don't recommend it at all.

The Location I hope for the staff to have English Language course so they can communicate better with the clients and I guess the hotel in a good location but need more to work on the hotel, the owner should do his best to do more to improve his hotel .
