Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel

A truly exceptional stay at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and inviting throughout our stay. The staff were especially remarkable warm, charming, and always genuinely helpful. They assisted us with our luggage on arrival and made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. The level of hospitality really made a difference and gave the stay a personal, welcoming touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be very happy to return.

The location and the rooms were good. No elevator,stairs were very narrow and steep ,its seems it was an old hotel and they renovated it,the entrance of the hotel not very inviting and functional.

The location is near to the most of tourisy places in Istanbul. The absensce of elevator although I was informed in advance.

I would have really like if they provided water bottles instead of water cups, as the cups get empty real fast.

The toilet was leaking in room 1001. I expected more for the price that I paid for a residence suite. I expect perfection for the price. Not having to deal with a leaking toilet.

The location is superb! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

The location is good. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Had a very hard night because the building does not have any kid of soundproofing. Is very noisy, you could hear every person going on the stairs, people talking loud in the hallway etc. I booked it because the reviews were good but they are very far from reality. The bathroom was not clean... bed was uncomfortable, old hotel, definitely to avoid.

Location , cleanliness No lift. The receptionist asked me to carry my on luggage using the stairs to the 4th floor. Rooms are extremely small and you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms

As a female solo traveler, I’m so proud of picking Taksim Santa Lucia hotel, it’s near Taksim Camii less than minute walk. The location is very lively and very accessible to literally every thing, the Metro, Bus, Airport Bus as well as Istiklal street, Galata Tower and the Bosphoure, it was ten out of ten. The room is exactly as shown, spotless, warm, the AC (cool and heat), the TV and the minibar were very useful, everything was clean and everything perfectly put together. And I want to deeply thank Murat for his sweetest hospitality from letting me keep my luggage before check in, giving a rain coat on a rainy day till watching over my luggage again after my check out. I’m very happy with my stay and I would recommend the hotel with 0 doubts.

Service and staff

The location of the hotel is perfect, the room was very clean when we arrived, the staff is very welcoming and helpful and it was just like the photos posted on this app no scams or unreal images . We reserved a room with a balcony which was on the 4th floor but the hotel doesn’t have an elevator which was a little tiring after long walks and a long day.
