Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel

The hotel is in a great location - right next to Taksim square, ~ 3-5 minutes to the Metro station and the famous Istiklal street. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it was great value for money. The aircon in the room was loud - we had to wear earplugs to get a good night’s sleep.

I stayed for 1 day at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel and my experience was very pleasant. In the booking it was mentioned that the property does not have an elevator, so I was a bit worried about carrying my luggage to my room, especially since I was very tired. I arrived at around 3 AM and was immediately welcomed by the warm hotel lights. At the reception, a gentleman named Hassan welcomed me with a warm smile. When I asked about my room and the floor, I mentioned that I preferred a higher floor but was concerned about the stairs. Hassan reassured me and said, “Just complete your check-in, I will bring your luggage to your room.” I was truly touched by his kindness, especially at that late hour. In the morning, I was woken up by the beautiful sound of the Adhan. That was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. According to the map, the hotel is just a few steps away from Taksim Square and right near the mosque a perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would highly recommend Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel to others.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The window of the room faces the wall. Therefore the air was not good outside.

It was good and clean .and many thanks to Morad who ıs kind and facilitated everythıng. No thing except the stairs which ıs somewhat dıffıcult for old people.

Very poor breakfast

The host was very friendly and helped us arrange a taxi at 4:00 a.m., which was especially helpful in an unfamiliar country. We would happily stay here again. Everything is fine

No elevator and so narrow and difficult to climb stairs. We were promised to have our flat on the first floor but during check in the plan changed to the second floor. Otherwise the staff are kind and helpful

The location was the best. The property did not match the pictures. The bathroom was grimy, outdated, and dirty. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The internet does not reach the second or third floor.

I feel smell of smoke in the room!

A truly exceptional stay at Taksim Santa Lucia Hotel. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and inviting throughout our stay. The staff were especially remarkable warm, charming, and always genuinely helpful. They assisted us with our luggage on arrival and made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. The level of hospitality really made a difference and gave the stay a personal, welcoming touch. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would be very happy to return.

I’ve stayed here many many times. Love this place. Amazing location, excellent staff, and super comfy room. Looking forward to staying with them again soon! Everything was great!

The location and the rooms were good. No elevator,stairs were very narrow and steep ,its seems it was an old hotel and they renovated it,the entrance of the hotel not very inviting and functional.

The staff m murad and m Hassan was great and they are so nice and helpful

The location is near to the most of tourisy places in Istanbul. The absensce of elevator although I was informed in advance.

I would have really like if they provided water bottles instead of water cups, as the cups get empty real fast.

The toilet was leaking in room 1001. I expected more for the price that I paid for a residence suite. I expect perfection for the price. Not having to deal with a leaking toilet.
