The only good thing about this hotel was the location and amazing staff. It is very close to Taksim Square. On the other hand, the place was very old and the area was very congested. Another problem was that hotel did not have any parking space. We had to pay 800 Turkish currency for two cars per day. Also, no AC in elevators and lobby. Our bathroom at the third floor was very old and around the shower area you could see mold.

I really like the personal. I came early in the morning at 5 a.m and my Check In was scheduled at 12 pm. But the receptionist was so kind and gentle and he gave me my room immediately and did the check In for me. There is not a big variety of food at the breakfast. There’s no fruits or sweets.

It is a 2-minute walk from Taksim center and the average price is quite reasonable. Also, the hotel staff is very gentlemanly and always ready to do their best for your comfort. It is an ideal hotel that will easily meet your needs, after all, we are not buying those rooms and we are temporary guests, so it is more than enough for your holiday. Recommended.

The hotel's location is the first thing I like, the breakfast introduces Turkish cuisine and is equipped with wonderful traditional breakfast ingredients. Also, the hotel staff is very kind and does their best to help in every subject. You can get answers to your questions immediately and they try to do their best for your comfort. Also, the price balance and average in the region is quite reasonable. Also, this is my first choice of hotel every time I come to Istanbul and I do not do any research anywhere else except this hotel. It is recommended. It is a perfect hotel that is not too big but meets your needs and is preferred by families.

Friendly staff but below expectation everything else. Pitch dark hallways at night. Lights were connected to motion detectors which didn't become activated until you walked halfway through the hallway. Long black hair in fresh towels. Windows didn't close properly.

The reception staff and housekeeping staff are very friendly people and always ready to help. I will definitely choose the Taximtown Hotel for my next trip.
