The gentleman at the front desk should be the gold standard in front of house positions globally. Everything he did was to improve every aspect of my stay, and all done with a smile, a quiet voice, with great attention to professional dress and bearing. The room was better than advertised; everything was neater, tidier, and cleaner than expected. Adding to this, the staff in the galley and the main cafe were well turned out, well spoken, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The food was great too. I had trouble finding the hotel when I walked up from where we were berthed.

The room was clean and comfortable with basic toiletteries available. Hot water was available instantaneously, 24/7. The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The room didn't have complementary water and tea/coffee. The breakfast was average.

the only good thing about this hotel was the bed, which was comfortable, also it was pretty close to the bus and metro station. the housekeeping lady barely entered the room, also when we arrived the room was pretty dirty. the noise was very loud even with the windows closed but also the walls were very thin and you could hear your neighbors talking
