The Craton Hotel

Its location is excellent, everything is nearby. As well as its cleanliness, calm, no noise and the staff was exceptional The bathroom is narrow space.

Location close to metro and Cavahir mall This hotel wasn't even near a 5-star standard; at best, it’s a poor 4-star property. The facilities feel seriously outdated—the faucet was faded, the toothbrush glasses were old, and the refrigerator barely kept anything cool. The sink drained very slowly, and the breakfast was very ordinary. I left my clothes behind, and they refused to help arrange shipping them back to me.

My family and I had a lovely stay here. What really made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we spoke to was kind and always ready to help. You could tell that they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable, and that made such a big difference. A special thank you to Gürken and Songūc. They were honestly incredible. They were always so patient and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our needs. Whether we had a question or needed help with something, they never made us feel like we were asking for too much. People like them are the reason on why guests would love to come back again. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spectacular. As someone who is a sucker for cleanliness, I really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Thank you to everyone for making us feel welcomed. We truly enjoyed our stay and will remember your kindness. If anything, we wished we could have stayed for longer.

Nothing to be liked. The air condition was broken in the early days of summer. I booked 6 nights with the hotel but cancelled my reservation after the first night because my family (wife and 2 kids) slept that night in our sweats literally. I tried to cancel the rest of the reservation but with no luck from the hotel side nor booking.com. I blame booking.com to still do business with these kind of hotel with no frequent sudden checks about the info posted on their application. Also, the staffs were not helpful nor honest. They offered me other room but the problem was really in the central AC unit. I had to pay again for another stay for the other 5 nights through their website because booking.com didn’t help in securing a document from the hotel stating that I have left after the first night.

We stayed for 3 nights (June 16–19) at The Craton Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location in Şişli. Access to public transportation is outstanding, with metro stations, buses, and shopping areas all within a very short walking distance, making it easy to reach any part of Istanbul. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, Golam, who was very kind and did an excellent job keeping our room spotless every day. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance or information. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, location, and service made this a perfect stay. We would definitely choose The Craton Hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul. The only aspect I did not appreciate was that when I requested a bottle of water late at night, I was informed that I would need to pay for it. For a five-star hotel, I believe complimentary water is something guests generally expect, especially during late hours. It is a small gesture, but one that greatly contributes to the overall feeling of hospitality. Apart from this, our stay was excellent, and the staff were professional and helpful

The staff were great , the location is near a mall and the bus stop, breakfast was very good and it offers varieties of food, it is clean and they answer directly and provide us with our needs. The room was small but quite sufficient.

It has a good location to Sisli and Nisatasi. It is very close to a large shopping mall It has a decent gym and staff was welcoming all the time. This hotel should be 3 stars at best. The provided extra kits like dental kit..etc were of cheap quality. The furniture in the room looked old and damaged or with stains Cleanliness was not up to a 5 start hotel. There was mold in the bathroom. It seems sometimes the daily room cleaning focuses on bathrooms and leave the mean room. General service was very slow. I asked for Iron and emphasized I have a meeting but only provided it after probably couple of hours. I left by that time. We asked for other things and never got them There was no internet in wifi in my section of the hotel for around 15 hours There was a major water cut but they sorted it out in 2 hours which seems reasonable response time for scale of the issue

The craton hotel is the best thing about Istanbul honestly, Mert and Yusa are very welcoming they are your friends in Istanbul. Big kudos to Gulizar our room always look clean and nice The hotel restaurant is available all time and their prices are reasonable and the food is tasty Nothing all good

Location, and spa I choose king suit, but the air conditioner did not work. I asked staffs many times to prepare it, at the end, they told the that "ir you feel hot you can open the windows". If I open the windows I feel cold, if I close I feel hot. I asked refund my money partially, but they did not refund. Instead, they offered me deluxe room. It is not fair. I do not agree with this hotel.
