The room was a bit small but it was comfortable
-
Room is really small. AC blows directly at the bed, but if you open the window it'll create a nasty draft. The sole window is located one meter from the neighboring building, so no natural light in the room.

Abdullah at the reception was very helpful. Everything was great. Got my cab arranged for early morning pickup, which was very convenient. All OK

Thanks to Rasool and eve.

The location, services and friendly
-
The location was great, you are just around the corner from Taksim Square but not too close to be in the busy area. The staff in the hotel was very nice and always there to answer questions and help. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The rooms are small and as the bed was directly next to the door and my room was the first one in front of the elevator, I had to sleep with earplugs as I could hear the noise from the staircase/elevator and people chatting when they came home (even from other floors). There is also no side table to the bed as the room is quite small, you can use the bed frame but beware of things dropping.

Almost everything else was excellent: the location is great, everything in the room is new, and it was very clean. Despite the small size of the room, everything is very well thought out. The mattress was disappointing: it was too soft and already seemed to have a defect. The mattress protector also felt cheap and plastic-like, which made sleeping on it quite uncomfortable.

rooms are tiny, but I was expecting that.

Very nice location, value for money hotel

First of all, i would like to thank the receptionist Mr. Abdullah for his greeting and generosity.? The location is awesome ? No teeth brush.

The hotel is very well located, close to Taksim Square and the funicular. You can basically reach anywhere in the European side of Istanbul with ease. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is always available, very helpful and approachable. The rooftop is open for all the guests and has a very nice view, perfect for a self brought breakfast or a drink at the sunset. Much appreciated. The surroundings of the hotel are full of restaurants and nice shops, which is a plus. The transfer service is also nice and comfortable, maybe a bit expensive but excellent overall.

It is very close to the bus stop that takes you from the airport to taksim just a ten min walk. Istiklal street is two mins away. The view is incredible from my room. Terrace was beautiful. Staff pretty helpful and friendly. I really recommend.

the staff were so kind and the place was clean and comfortable

Small rooms. Staff were a bit weird, and nosy. No discretion due to layout of the entry.

Location is absolutely fantastic. Step out and Istiklal street is just a block and half away. Taksim square is just a few mins walk away, maybe 5 mins. These places never sleep, however the street where the hotel itself is located is very quiet which is great. The rooms a very small, you would have a hard time with two full size checked luggage in the room, however I made it work and it really wasnt too bad. If you travel light, this would work perfectly. I hada superior double room, and I had a tiny (standing) balcony overlooking the quite street down below. The cleanliness is 5 star, you get a fridge and a small kettle with teabags and coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. All in all, I could not be happier with this hotel, it was perfect for my solo stay and I would definitely come back! Small rooms, but it really didn't bother me I had enough room for myself as a solo traveler.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The room was a bit small, but comfortable, very clean, and well insulated (outside street noise was barely noticeable). The bed and shower were good, and everything worked well except for the hair dryer. No breakfast was included, but bottles of water, shampoo, and bath soap were provided every day during the stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Taksim Square, where the metro can take you anywhere in Istanbul. The staff was nice and helpful, and the hotel offered very good value for the price. The hair dryer didn't work, but it wasn't much of an issue to me.

Everything

Everything, from space, location, comfort, convenience and most important the excellent and warming costumer service ! I recommend, I’m very happy with my experience. Side note: beautiful panoramic view on the roof top.

Location was perfect. Resul at the reception desk was extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are a little bit too small, but it’s perfectly fine for solo travel.

Said and the entire full team are extra friendly & kind & welcoming!! The rooms are much smaller than you would imagine & you could hear the other rooms clearly The nearby valet/parking lot guys are so rude, make you feel uncomfortable when passing by, and intruding (has nothing to do with the hotel itself but note since they observe a lot)
