I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was well organized, and I really enjoyed my time here. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Our room was very excellent. would have liked a microwave and a small refrigerator but over all still Excellent. Breakfast and service was excellent as well. We felt Concierge services were off the charts outstanding Yigit Turel is an all star. In all of our travels, we have never dealt with a Concierge as good as he was. He is truly a huge asset to the hotel and he was huge helping us navigate and experience Istanbul during our first visit to the City. Yigit helped us take our trip to Istanbul and the Wyndham to the next level. Bell services, room services, cleaning services were all outstanding as well. It was a pleasure to stay at the Wyndham and we are looking forward to returning again next summer. You have our highest level of appreciation and we are already recommending your hotel to our friends and acquaintances. Outstanding experience in every way. Not a big issue, but wE would have liked to have to have had a small refrigerator and a microwave in our room.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is very well trained and genuinely prioritizes your satisfaction and happiness. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the gym is huge and well maintained. I also loved the pools. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything about The Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamis was exceptional. The staff was kind and attentive including the front desk manager that checked me in. House Keeping was super fast. My room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was awesome and room service was quick and easy. I ate at both roof top restaurants which were both terrific. Sadly, I did not have the opportunity to use the gym or spa and both looked amazing. If I return to Istanbul I would definitely stay here again. Highly Recommended!

Well they have changed our room, told us it was upgraded. Honestly I have no idea if that was true. But sea view was a little bit lame. I was expecting a better view. You had only 1 window looking at sea at the very end of hotel. And other window was looking at city side. Place is close to bus stops so traveling by public transportation no issue. The roof top restaurants and bars were fantastic. Not much, the view and weirdly you cannot order french fries to room. I have no idea how that is not available in the menu :D We checked with staff and they were shocked as well.

Restaurant and bar are way too expensive. I have never seen prices similar to those at similar hotels in the U.S., Canada or Europe. I paid $13 for a 250ml coke from the minibar. Those are not acceptable prices. Those prices also do not help the hotel since I had all my dinners and lunches outside after seeing the prices. They should do better pricing.

Breakfast was great. Location is amazing - we love the marina. The room was very spacious. The bed was quite comy and large. The staff is friendly and trying to be helpful. We liked the surprise dessert for a "sorry". We had some unexpected instances happen with the housekeeping but the hotel made it up for us by surprising us with a great dessert as a gesture and apologized many times. We had a couple of other issues in the room, too. Such as the hygiene in the shower was not matching with our expectation but that was also solved. The house keeping forgot to renew our used glasses all the days we were there. And the fire alarm in the room is located in such a place towards the eye so we had to call for help and they provided us a black tape so that we can sleep. I mean, in the end it is solved but it was a bit of a back and forth phone calls with the reception unfortunately. In the end, I would still consider coming here again because the location is perfect, the staff is really helpful, and it is a high quality hotel.

The breakfast was good. The pool area was crowded with outside sports club guests, and they wouldn’t allow us to swim without swim-caps, the pool, hot tub/ jacuzzi had dirt/ mold on it.

It's my 4-5th stay in this hotel, and probably it's the best hotel in Kodikoy because of it's location, service, personal. In my last stay I booked the car and was positively surprised that the parking for the hotel's guests is for free. Good hotel and costs its money.
