Petek Pansiyon is a truly special place, full of art, warmth, and character. The owner is kind and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The house is beautifully renovated, very clean, with fresh white towels and sheets, and a lovely kitchen with charming tiles and dishes. Staying here feels nostalgic, peaceful, and full of soul—like visiting your grandmother’s beautiful old home. There is no TV, and guests are expected to care for and tidy their room themselves, with towels changed every three days. However, this home-like style may actually be part of the charm for many visitors.

Perfect location, very stylish apartments, clean and welcoming.

Very close to Fenerbahce Marina and the restaurant strip. Washing machine door did not open.

It feels like staying at home instead of a hotel, all the art work and the architecture around is amazing. Feels like a time capsule taking you to 70s. My room was perfect, super cozy and lots of space. No noise coming from outside, from street, super silent. Location of the hotel is also really convenient. Instead of having a touristic experience, if you want to feel like a local, staying at home in a good neighborhood i would totally suggest. Definetely will come back Bathroom would definetely need some small renovations. There is not any black out curtains, it gets really bright in the morning

The hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood with many restaurants, cafés and supermarkets accessible by foot. I have been to Istanbul before, but this was my first time at Fenerbahçe, which I found a most pleasurable place to stay if one is looking for a more relaxed stay away from the hectic touristic center of the city. The common areas of the hotel are decorated in a vintage style, but the room itself was very comfortable, modern and well equipped. The hotel is managed directly by its owner, who is a very kind and accommodating person. He upgraded our room because we were traveling with our toddler, so as to make us more comfortable. Similarly, he allowed as a late checkout with not questions asked. We felt that the whole experience was very human and quite different from the impersonal and homogenized way one is treated in chain hotels.

Nice kitchen, comfortable spacious rooms. Very close to amenities and green spaces. They forgot to leave coffee in the lobby on checkout day.

Location is excellent. I grew up in Fenerbahce and have relatives nearby. Not a single drawer in the two rooms. We had to live off our suitcases. One room had a clothes closet with no drawers, the other had no closet or drawers, only a couple of hooks. There was no breakfast, only a tea or coffee which we did not use.

Interior was interesting. It is like you are in an old turkish movie. And I loved the cups at the room. Elegant and nostalgic Door had gaps underneath and above. So sound from corridor could be heard. And there was not spoon at the room. I am sure if I asked they would provide but it still would be nice if it is provided.

Spacious and clean, with lots of vintage local furniture and good communication, this is now the top one of our favorite places to stay in Istanbul.

Good location for us. It's on the Asian side of city so getting to Blue Mosque et al took some time. Very comfortable with a nice staff. Good, strong coffee available in the morning. A more regular changing of towels would have been welcome.

Petek Pansiyon is situated in a unique location that offers both the vibrant energy of Istanbul’s summer fun and the chance to reconnect with nature through park strolls, sailing, or rowing on the Marmara Sea. Set on a green peninsula with parks and a marina, it provides a serene and refreshing change of pace. The pension’s original midcentury modern style stands out like a poem amidst the surrounding tall buildings. Unique art pieces, rather than a TV, encourage relaxation and introspection, allowing guests to truly unwind and appreciate their surroundings. The staff are always ready with a smile whenever you need them. I highly recommend Petek Pansiyon to anyone looking to rejuvenate and savor life’s simple pleasures. It’s a perfect opportunity to experience the lightness of simplicity.
