Location, staff, All was in order

This was by far the worst, dirtiest, and most poorly managed hotel I have stayed at in the last thirty years. I had already booked and fully paid for one week in advance, but after seeing the actual condition of the hotel and rooms, neither customer service nor the booking department properly followed up on my complaints or refunded my money. It is unbelievable that for two days the hot water system in this “hotel” which honestly offers fewer facilities than a hostel has not worked properly, and guests cannot even take a hot shower. During my one-week stay, I had to change rooms three times because every room had different problems, from broken water heaters and bathroom issues to malfunctioning AC units. One night I could not sleep because the AC was not working, and another day I waited hours for hot water and eventually had to wash my hair with cold water before going out. The hotel is extremely dirty and under renovation. All the photos shown online are misleading. The building is being repainted, and construction workers outside were drilling and installing insulation on the walls, creating unbearable noise day and night. What makes the experience even worse is that the reception manager and staff do not speak even basic English. When you try communicating through Google Translate, they rudely respond with “it is what it is” and tell you to “go complain.” The hotel does not even provide basic facilities such as an iron and ironing board. After repeated requests, they finally brought an iron without an ironing board and told me to iron my clothes on a pillow. Apparently basic hospitality standards are considered a luxury here. Remarkable strategy for a business allegedly serving humans. Breakfast is also extremely basic and disappointing, consisting only of a boiled egg, sausage, fries, jam, butter, and one type of bread. The biggest problem is that once they take your money, you are basically trapped.

Only the location. I stayed here 4 years ago and we chose again by trusting that experience. Generally the quality was worse. Bathrooms are not clean at all and they changed their breakfast as well. It was very simple and felt like food was not very fresh. There wasnt even a hair dryer in the room.

A11 Exclusive is not quiet—it’s on a busy avenue, so expect noise. The location? Elite. Cafés, shopping, and doctors everywhere. Staff is fantastic, and Mojje runs the show—attentive, kind, and genuinely goes above and beyond. Rooms are cute, the bed is insanely comfortable, Wi-Fi is solid, and breakfast delivers. The area is more relaxed than the European side, which I loved. Final verdict: a little loud, very worth it. I’d come back without hesitation.

Great value and exceptional location in the heart of a vibrant Kadikoy district. The hotel provides nice breakfasts and the staff is doing a great job. Mojde at the reception is providing a very professional assistance with great attention to details, very friendly and really helpful! This is our second stay in this Hotel and we would love to return again.

Location The beds were awful. I booked a double bed and got two tiny singles instead. Even for single beds, these were smaller than normal—uncomfortable and cramped. Breakfast was just as bad. Poor quality, barely edible.

Location, and the way it looked on pictures. Rooms are nasty, strong cigarette smoke, dirty walls, nasty bathroom, rooms are very small, staff did not speak English. Staff was not accommodating. Staff gave us a really hard time with overall experience. We left the hotel and they still charged us and refused to refund. One of the worst experiences ever. Booking.com refused to step in and take charge of the situation.

Only the location The room was very dirty and sheets were so dirty with so many HAIRS on the bed room with very bad smell Air conditioners were very weak that didn’t cool the room and when we complained after 2 hours they said they can’t do anything this is what it is The breakfast was very limited and only choice of 2 breads which were dry and one hour before breakfast finished they didn’t charge anything just let it finished Coffee was only from the cheapest coffee mashin Staffs almost didn’t know anything you asked them all untrained students specifically after 5pm only 2 staffs I paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one night

Location is great, exactly on the Bagdat Caddesi , sparkling clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the hotel is small but pretty nice, decorated with love.Very recommended if you’re staying in the Asian part of Istanbul.

We liked everything. We booked the hotel for the tulip festival, the hotel was right next to Gostepe park, where all the tulips were. We enjoyed our trip and thank you very much for your hospitality. We will surely be back next year.

The shower pressure and water temperature doesn’t work well. There is no handle shower, only roof shower head. However, there was also no shower cap so I had to get my hair wet. Even worse, the hair dryer did not work! The walls are thin, I could hear everyone in the hallway. It was not the most comfortable stay. The location is good and I didn’t have a problem with the staff.

There wasn’t hot water in the hotel till two days. of course, sometimes it happens, but nobody tell me about this. If I known it, I would change the hotel. Because of a hot shower It’s important part of each hotel. I had known about this only at 11 pm when I came back to the room. it’s really awful that receptionist didn’t tell me about this when I checked in. The hot water didn’t appear even in the morning. And nobody tried to apologise or to fix something. There wasn’t hot water in the hotel till two days. of course, sometimes it happens, but nobody tell me about this.
