The location is good and bad at the same time. It's close to the iconic mosques, but there are literally no good places to eat/drink around. It's an old building with pretty thin walls, so don't expect you'll be able to sleep till late.

The location is close to most attractions, the staff are very nice, professional and friendly

Good localisation. Very small and uncomfortable bathroom.

Only the location, near from historical area Get away from this hotel! A real nightmare ! I booked 4 nights in this hotel. When I arrived the bedroom was dirty , in front of train rails (train noise every 30min in the night), without any shutter in the window (sunlight in bedroom at 7am!), without water pressure in shower, without toilet paper and….without sauna in the hotel (even if claimed with pictures on booking website!)! The bed matress was not a real one (foam mattress), resulting to serious back pain the day after. It was a real disaster! On top of that, terrace for breakfast is not the same as the one on pictures. I asked the full refund to the hotel reception but « manager » was always absent to speak about it .. The first day, I decided to move away from this hotel and book an other one in Istanbul. It generates significant extra cost ! I called 3 times to explain this unacceptable situation and expect the full refund!! This travel was for a birthday and it turned as a nightmare!!

Breakfast served in the roof- terrace restaurant was very comprehensive selection and great views out over the Bosphorus. When there was a cool breeze the glazing was kept closed but it was beautiful and airy when it was warm enough to open up all the glazed walls. Our room faced the train tracks so it was fairly noisy starting from about 05:30 even though there are less trains late at night/early morning than there are through the day. It's a shame there is no train station very close by given how close the track is!

Breakfast was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is ideally located only a few minutes from the tram station. The hotel is a little too close to the metro line. This sometimes cause vibrations when the metro passes.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. It’s near to tram tracks so it can gives some extra noise, however the location itself is very quiet.

The location is unbeatable - within walking distance to all historical sites. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The bathroom shower is full of black mould which is not healthy. The air condition does not work well it gets rather hot in the night but we cannot open the window because there is a train line right outside windows. Breakfast - The coffee is fabulous. There are lots of offerings in varieties but we rather have less quantity and better quality … food is bland and hot food is not hot at all.

We arrived at 0500 as scheduled but not unexpectedly our room was not available in the main building. They offered a room in the annex which was quite small and was available straight away. The room was no doubt of lesser quality but we took it so we could get refreshed and go out. They gave us breakfast that day. The breakfast was very good each day. Nothing

Location is great as is a short walk to the major sites and trams. Good selection for breakfast. Having to pay 5 Euro if you wanted a fried egg or omlette was over the top.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. But…..the breakfast buffet was amazing!! I never expected such a great spread. They even had a real honeycombe! The carpet on the stairs and corridors needs changing.

As soon as we arrived the staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was great and we had nothing to complain about. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety and the location was perfect. Thanks again to all of the amazing staff!! Nothing :)

We had a wonderful stay at this small but charming hotel. Its central location made it easy for us to explore the city, and everything was just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Vedat, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. His kindness and attentiveness truly made our experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back! There isn‘t anything negative to say.

Well located hotel near Blue Mosque. Clean and good size rooms. The staff made us an upgrade to a better room since wasn’t full the hotel. Great breakfast! It’s near the train station and you can hear and feel it when it passes.

Awesome location, incredibly nice and helpful staff. The rooftop terrace is the most underrated feature of this hotel. There was no warmer blanket, and the bathroom was a little bit dirty.

I arrived early in the morning and the staff was welcoming and helpful, I could even check in at 9am already and was offered breakfast. The breakfast was plenty and had lots of dishes to choose from. Room was clean and comfortable, and pretty quiet even though it is in a central location (not even a 10min walk from the Blue Mosque). All good, maybe a few more vegan options at breakfast would have been nice. Room was a bit bright as the curtains didn't cover the entire area.

Guy working night shift really nice and meet you with big smiles. Other than that stay away from this hotel! First expression they put us in a tiny room in the side building first night and said you can change room in the morning if you want because we have no availability in the main building. This they don't tell you on booking. Next day when we moved our room they put us in a basement room. They check your mini bar EVERY DAY knock on your door in the morning hours around 9 am usually. location sucks cause it's too close to a train track which shakes your room every time a train passes by even at night. Plus construction going on next door makes lots of noise. The main attractions like blue mosque is not far but you have to walk up hill everyday to get there or for the tram station. The TV in the room is probably from the 90's, just forget screen sharing with your phone. We wanted to borrow a plate and two spoons to eat food we ordered in our room. They said NO it's not allowed, and wanted to charge us money just to borrow a plate and two spoons! They let us at last after complaining but we didn't use the spoons or plate and gave it back. We bought disposable spoons and plate from a shop and used that instead. If that's not insanity I don't know. They were rude so I went to the receptionist and said never experienced anything like that before in any country. They just nodded and said it's not our rule it's the manager of the hotel. The super speed internet, didn't work in our room 101. Told them it does not give good signals or sometimes it doesn't work at all in our room. They told me that's weird cause our room is literally next to the wifi setup. Break fast is just okay. Wish the timings were not just 08:30 to 10:00. The room you get in the pictures of booking.com is bigger compared to what they give you. The room they put us in were literally no space to pray even. And it was a "garden room" but when you try to get out to the garden from your room the door is permanently locked.

It’s close to the most touristic part of Istanbul so that could be convenient. You need to be aware that the area where is it is under a lot of construction so it’s not that nice at the moment. Metro also passes near so you can hear them and feel them passing all day long Breakfast was amazing
