There was no drinking water in the hotel. The water from the tap cannot be used.

Location was awesome and price was good. Sewage smell in bathroom, run down, needed some repairs.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful, room was excellent value, and great location. Balcony is spectacular. Shower leaked on the floor and the mini fridge didn't work very well, but overall these were minor inconveniences.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, compared to other continental style breakfasts. No coffee of any kind, although there was tea. Curtains too small for windows so let in lots of light which makes it hard to sleep. Bathroom fittings etc very tired - things worked (just) but could do with a major revamp.

room is good but washroom size is very small, AC is not working and no on cares about it. they just care about the money. They not care about your comfort and need. I spend 5 days there but they never work to make AC good. its completely very bad experience with this hotel.

Worst hotel you can book near sultan ahmet. The ac wasnt working when i first checked in . They told me they will fix it within 2 hours. When i came at night to sleep at the hotel i found the ac was still not working. The bathroom was also very small and conjusted. Had to change hotel during midnight. Worst experience.

This hotel is a scam and an extremely dangerous place for women and young people. I strongly advise against staying here! We arrived after midnight and were told there was no internet, so the receptionist “couldn’t” check which room was ours — even though we had paid 100% in advance via Booking. He tried to put us in a filthy, moldy, sewage-smelling substitute room that was completely different from what we booked. When we offered him access to our mobile internet, he refused without even trying. Later, a strange man arrived, claiming to be a “friend” of the receptionist, pushing us to leave with him to another place “for free”. It felt extremely shady and unsafe. After checking reviews, we discovered similar reports from other guests — strangers offering accommodation outside the hotel! This situation is extremely suspicious and feels like a setup for something criminal, possibly human trafficking. The next morning, the owner showed no surprise, acted arrogantly, and threw us out for refusing to accept the substitute room. This hotel is not safe. I repeat: it is a scam and a serious risk for young people and women. Stay away!

The staff, they were amazing and super helpful. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower was not good and not enough pressure to take a comfortable shower.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to visit the main attractions, approximately 300m from the main place in Sultanahamet, 500m from the metro line U3 stop Cankurtaran and 1.3km from Sirkeci (Marmaray line). The room is ok even if there is too much furniture in the room and it is difficult to move. Cleanliness could be improved, mostly for the dust.
