The The stay was wonderful and comfortable. The hosts—especially Mr. Muzaffar—are among the nicest people: polite, helpful, and cheerful. The services are excellent, and the internet is great. I highly recommend staying there, especially because of the excellent service from the reception staff, particularly Mr. Muzaffar

It was my second time in Arinc Hotel . It is located perfectly in front of bus stop . That bus goes to/from airport . So it is extremly convenient to get to hotel from bus . It is like 100 steps. For me with my suitcases it was excellent . Hotel is small , clean , with elevator and nice personel . I was satisfied . Location , clean , elevator , price is low.

Nothing , all of service are terrible and bad ? The first day when we received the hotel, the bed was awful and dirty and there was hair on the pillow, after one day there were a number of insects in the room, closet and bed, which I informed, but they said that nothing could be done, and while you were surprised, you should have asked them. The room was cleaned daily, but they reluctantly accepted and asked for a tip while disbelieving , all of service are terrible and bad ? The location is great , 50 m to the Havaist (Istanbul airport bus ) The room size listed on the website is inaccurate; it's stated as 15 m² but is actually 7 m². This makes it unsuitable for a couple but ideal for one person. However, the staff were very helpful and promptly changed our room to accommodate three people once we brought the discrepancy to their attention. They also assured us they would rectify the error regarding the room size. The bathroom was not clean.

Stay away from this hotel Be careful. They entered my room and I found my items stolen. They admitted that and said the service found it and they will send it but never happen after. Just stay way
