Kinda dirty, the soap was mostly water and no detergent to wash the dishes

Everything looks good, but the bed wasnt too big, had squeaking noise, the shower door was damaged and was squeaking as well.

The location is 5-10min walk to Taksim meydan, no steep hills. A lot of grocery stores near the hotel and they are open till late at night. Totally recommend booking it! The room has some humidity painting, maybe because the hotel is a little old but the room and bathroom are always clean.

The location of the apartment was convenient in terms of accessing the famous spots and the metro station. The beds were comfortable and the street isn't too noisy, so sleeping deeply was never an issue. Overall, the stay was a disappointment and the reviews provided by Booking were not fully accurate. At first, the host was not at the reception desk upon my arrival and could not unlock the main door for me, so I had to sit outside with my two suitcases and wait for him to arrive. Then, he told me that the shower floor in our unit was cracked, did not provide the reason why. I tried to negotiate a fair price, since the unit had obvious damage, and requested a partial refund for our stay. The host really hesitated, then said he'll provide 20 euros back on the last day of my stay. The refund was never given. On the last day of our stay, we were left with no hot water in our unit. The host came in to look at our water boiler, said he'll return in 10 minutes, but never came back. I had to call him to ask if he had made the fixations. He came two hours later. As tourists in Istanbul, our time is very important to us, and having to sit inside our room for two hours during the daytime waiting for hot water to return was a great disappointment. Besides, the stovetops were incredibly rusty (see photos attached), so we did not even dare to cook on them. The shower head was broken, and had to be adjusted each time we needed to shower. Simply speaking, the apartment was not in very good shape.

The location was walking distance from Taksim, so all public transportation was convenient. The staff was very kind, even allowing me to do laundry at his other facility. N/A

I booked a room with a large double bed but was given two single beds instead. The room was very old and in need of a complete renovation. The bathroom had almost no lighting, there was mold, and the shower tray did not drain properly, so water accumulated. The flooring was worn out and should be replaced. The room did not match my expectations based on the photos and description on Booking.com. Soundproofing was very poor: you could hear everything happening in the corridor as well as noise from the street, even with the windows closed. Despite the hotel not being on a busy street, the room was still very noisy. Considering that I did not get the room I paid for, I would not recommend this hotel. However, for those who don’t mind such issues and are simply looking for a budget option close to Taksim Square, it might still be acceptable. Great location — just a few minutes’ walk to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Near to transport Nice staff - We got a room that is in bad condition, different from pictures, and with 2 single beds instead of double bed. It was until second day that we hardly got a different once that is relatively good and with double bed. - The facility needs some serious maintenance work.

The area is noisy even during late nights. A renovation to the rooms needed, the first room they gave me didn't have hot water and the stove didn't work, so they switched me to another room in which hot water and the stove "partially" worked. However, the room was reeking with the smell of cigarettes, there was an issue with one window as it doesn't close properly. Kitchen amenities need to be replaced especially the skillet.

the receptionist has duplicate keys so he goes to the room and searches, if you have valuable things please hide them well, and he wants the tip money for himself otherwise he takes the opposite

the young receptionist who wears glasses is a thief of Syrian nationality he has duplicate keys the only one as he said, he stole my things: my clothes and my perfume and because of that I canceled the remaining days of my stay and I I changed the hotel and even if I booked for two people, he said that it is forbidden to receive guests and he told me to add more money if I received guests and he told me that I only booked for one only person but the opposite as you will notice I made a reservation for two people and he said that if there are guests they have to stay downstairs and they don't go up to the room and I ended up adding the money to him even though I reserved for two people, and yesterday I noticed that I had lost my perfume and my clothes and the money that I had hidden in the locker and I really regretted choosing this hotel which does not deserve its price and I booked for 13 days but when I was shocked yesterday I have cancel the remaining days and I published these comments and the next morning when I wanted to go out to the supermarket, I was shocked by his behavior and he started shouting and he told me why you made these comments and he told me did you say when you lost your things come down and tell me and we'll get your things and we'll find them just delete these comments and stay here why did you cancel the reservations and I told him before that I can stay more than 13 days if I like the hotel, so I changed the hotel because of that and I do not recommend booking this hotel for the equipment there is no camera on the floor, the television does not work, the oven is blocked you cannot control the fire, the hot water is not all the time, sometimes when I want take the shower I don't find it, they have bad behavior they only want to give them money more than the amount you reserved, and there is an old receptionist too I was shocked the first day he asked me to come In a place where there is no camera he told me I want to tell...
