Great location less than 5 minutes walk to taksim square and bus, metro etc. Great, helpful staff and comfortable rooms The towels and bedding could be replaced, they had some staining.

The location is great near metro and bus station. The hotel is so beautiful and calm ,rooms are clean and the bed is so comfortable And the hotel has wifi , air conditioner and elevator Its really value for the price. The stuff is very friendly and kind , They helped me with everything. For sure iwil book the same hotel next time. Nothing

Location only The staff was rude ,i reserved the room with advance payment but still they refused to give my room and after so much argument they give me two single bed room which was totally opposite which i booked for 4 members of my family .There were no toiletries in the washroom .Worst stay in whole trip.
