Great location to most of the sites. Staff was very helpful.

We were happy with the price, room and facilities. We walked to all the tourist sites in Sultanahmet and there was a grocery store just around the corner along with many eating places. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs and toast the staff were happy to help with food choices. We found Ramazen very helpful at giving advise on getting to places, he was amazing. We stayed twice ,8 nights as it was a good base. You can get a bus and tram to and from to the airport much cheaper than taxi. It was good to have a kettle in the room and bottled water supplied daily as you cannot drink tap water.It is a very clean modest place to stay, I would stay again. The room could be a little noisy but it is not on a main street .

The breakfast was awesome. The location was super close to mast of the attractions. The staff was professional. They provided airport transfer for a fee which saved me a big headache of having to contact people I don’t know. Place was clean.

Bedroom could be better cleaned

We have no issues to complain about. They were helpful and friendly. We would gladly recommend this to anyone who asks. It was a good little hotel. Affordable and well located to many important sites in the city.

Location is the most awesome feature of this hotel.we enjoyed Hagia Sophia, Bascilica, Sultan Ahmet mosque (blue mosque),, topkapki museum in neighborhood walking distances. i chose cold weather to travel

Great location for exploration They offered a shuttle service which we arranged. We were not made aware of protests in the area prior to our arrival. Our driver did not engage the parking brake and our shuttle rolled all the way down a hill before crashing into multiple vehicles with us inside it. Afterward, we were met by hotel staff who carried my bag and we were forced to walk the remainder of the route on foot- uphill. Upon arrival they asked for the shuttle fee. I mentioned the accident and was given a 10€ discount for the crash, and for them not getting us all the way there. I gave the hotel itself a high score due to location, and friendliness of staff. There was other circumstances That greatly contributed to my negative remarks below. If traveling with families or booking the shuttle service, you should read them.

The breakfast lacked a lot and it was the same food almost everyday

The location is fantastic and a special LOUD thanks to the receptionist who went above and beyond to give my clients two beds as they wanted . Thank you!!!

Discovering we needed cash, preferably Euros, to pay for our shuttle to the airport. They did accept US dollars but we could not get change if didn't have exact amount.

The hotel was pretty close to the main attractions ( 10 mins to the bazaar and 15 to topkapi and blue mosque,etc) . The water pressure was really good and had hot water at all times. The staff was nice We booked the superior room with twin beds and honestly it was incredibly disappointing 1. Since the title states superior room you would think it s higher up , right? Wrong , we had the first room ( no 1 ) right next to the reception so it was noisy at all times , the door wasnt completely shut all around and you could still see light coming in at night. 2. The view was awful . There is NO photo on the site showing the view but the description says "street view" . It was anything but a street . We could only see 2 other walls from 2 other hotels so absolutely no fresh air or cold breeze was coming in . 3. I put on the slippers they give you at the hotel and wore them just for 1 minute as we got initially in the room. The bottom of the slippers got covered in little broken hair pieces , so I don't see how it was vacuumed. 4.there was mold in the shower 5. The fan in the bathroom was really really loud because ot was incredibly dusty and dirty 6. My allergies have been awful most probably because of the dust in the room . Outside i was okay but it was a big problem in the room 7 the walls were peeling off 8 the advertised Bosporus cruise is just a tourist scam , it really wasn't worth the 30eur , the atmosphere was boring and the food served was bland , thete wasn't a pinch of salt or pepper in sight , you had to wait even 45 mins for a glass of water 9 the meal in the morning it good , i just wished the sweets wouldnt have so much oil in them but they re really good 10 we said in the first day we dont want anyone to come in the room when we re not there and change the towels or anything since we only stayed 3 nights and arrived after midnight, but someone came in even if we specified we didn't want that , which was quite disappointing 11the placement of the hotel is okay and the staff is nice but i was just incredibly disappointed seeing the state of the room and the view at the 2 walls we had

I did not like the breakfast they need to do more cleaning

Hotel is within walking distance of every tourist attraction in Istanbul. No need for Istanbul card, unless you plan on going to the Asian side. Breakfast could be a bit better, we had the same option each morning.

The lacation. Although renovated, the bathroom, the linen, the towels, everything looks bad.

Location

The only negative was that our room was overlooking a busy street, with frequent horn honking, which seems to be the normal way of driving in Istanbul. ;-) There are other rooms available that are less noisy.
