Istanbul Hanedan Hotel

Nice property and good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The restaurant on the roof next door faces the windows of the family room so there was no way to leave the curtains or windows open - as people would have seen our whole room (and it could get noisy at night). Not a huge deal for the main room as there was AC but for the smaller room, it was hot if we didn’t open the window.

The hotel Location was the best. Rooms are very small.

Upgrading to seaview penthouse no one helped in carrying baggage even when asked for. you have to carry them yourself No elevator

Excellent location in old town but not noisy. Plentiful breakfast buffet but choices perhaps not what many Americans would be looking for. Staff helpful. Didn't bother me too much but ... be aware ... there are no elevators here (as in most older buildings). Breakfast is in rooftop cafe of sister hotel across narrow street, i.e. top floor ... wonderful view but have to walk up the stairs .

The location is absolutely great. Quick access to all the important sites in the old city while also being very close the sea. The breakfast is also fantastic. There is not a lot of rotation of menu items but there is so much food and it being so good negates that issue. The staff, while not speaking the most English, is very friendly and accommodating to anything you want or need. Getting around the bed is a little tight with how small the room compared to the at least queen bed is but that's easy to get over. The shower door didn't shut all the way but that's not a major concern as long as you place a towel at the base of the door which most people do anyways.

The view of the water and bridge are excellent. The room was spacious, quiet and bright. The staff were consistently excellent--friendly, punctual, honest and very helpful with details of my plans. The bathroom shower could've been cleaner.

The location

The location is amazing right next to the Blue Mosque with views over the sea from the breakfast room. Nothing it was perfect.

rom Mauritius ?? Hello..we had a wonderful stay at Hanedan Hotel. All staffs are really helpful , respectable and have good communication skills. There is one staff always present at the front desk. We really felt safe. Breakfast was very tasty and varied, freshly made. We enjoyed our breakfast with sea view. All restaurants and souvenirs shop were just next to the hotel. Most landmarks were to walking distance. We found tourism police present.

Tha location of the hotel is ideal. The center of the old city. 5 min. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace and the most important museums. Breakfast is very delicious and varied. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Sea of Marmara Thanks I recommend! -

Location is amazing. Loved the breakfast offered, the room was very comfortable and the staff is amazing. When I arrived it wasn’t super clean, the floors were dusty, the bathroom smelled a little like pee, and there hairs in one of the beds. I didn’t get cleaning service for the first day, maybe bc I left late, but after the second day that I got it cleaned, it was way better.
