The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well located. It offers easy access to public transportation and Istiklal Street, both just a one-minute walk away. The surrounding area is lively, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The staff are kind, welcoming, and highly cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable For me nothing really but in general as the hotel is located in a vibrant and busy neighborhood, some street noise is to be expected. If you are a light sleeper, it is advisable to request a room on a higher floor and away from the main street. Another minor thing is that taxis cannot access the hotel’s street directly; however, the nearest pickup and drop-off point is only a 1 minute walk away.

Nothing, the staff couldn’t speak or understand English. 5 flights of stairs impossible to walk up. Everything, no communication still staff can’t speak English

An excellent hotel, great location close to the Taksim square and İstiklal Avenue. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything necessary, Wi-Fi connection is good on every floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Uğur thank you for conversations and tea :) I would be glad to return to this place again one day.

Passable

Central location, not expensive for the location and everything very accessible. Right in the tourist area, lots of restaurants and bars and you can hear the noise until 5-6am. Hard to sleep until you get used to it.

There were two bottles of water in the minifridge free for charge. Much appreciated after long travels. Nothing negative relative to the price to quality.

The localisation is central to do all by walking, receptionists are very nice, room is spacious and the terrace is a good plus. The fridge is very useful. It is very noisy every night until 5am, there are a lot of night clubs around. The cleaning isn't perfect.

Nothing, it was a disaster The room was smelling like an old hash tray. AC was turning on but not cooling, and also blowing stinky air out (I guess the filter was super dirty?) the bathroom - if we can call it this way- was separated by a shower door, not even a toilet brush inside. House keeper did not come even once during my whole stay (4 nights). The WiFi does connect but does work. The staff is very unapproachable, they don’t speak English and they are extremely rude and homophobic. also majority of them smoke inside the lobby - and I saw the house keeper smoking in the room - so the whole place smells of cigarette

The only benfit about the property was it was very close to Taksim square and a lot of bars They didn’t help us with our bags, there were no blankets and no breakfast - we also had someone walk into our room while we were sleeping and figured out he is connected there which was very odd
