I liked the attitude and politeness of Mr. Mohammed , he was a great hostess , tried his best to make us feel comfortable and satisfied. Also I liked Fatima who tried her best to make flat as clean as possible and her smile and sweet personality she made me feel like home. None

I highly recommend this property, and I would definitely come back. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, and it can comfortably host three adults. The location is great: the apartment is very quiet, so you'll get a good rest, but the street around the corner is full of great restaurants, caffes, and shops. The neighbourhood is safe. The building has an elevator, so you don't have to drag your suitcases up the stairs. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and kitchen essentials, so you can stay comfortably there for number of days. I cooked while there and no smells lingered in the apartment; it was really great. The best asset of this property is its manager, mr. Muhammed. He was so polite, kind, and attentive. He greeted me with coffee and sweets, and I really appreciate such gestures. He is super-fast in answering any calls and he is so easy to communicate with. I had no problems with checking-in even though it took me longer than I thought to get from the airport. For me, this place was a home in Istanbul.

The hotel is very close to metro and Mr Mohamad was so responsible and polite It would be better to someone clean the room every day during the stay

The hotel located in a centralized area where all things are available , starting by taxi station, groceries and supermarkets, parking lots and more facilities. The hotel manager is so polite and respectful, he used to meet all our needs.

A very nice spacious and clean apartment residence to stay in Bomonti. Staff is very friendly specially Booma, Ali and the owner Mohammed. Very close to everything. Metro is just a few minutes walk and so is the Halaskargazi road with all the famous shops. Also good food places nearby. The burger joint almost next door is amazing. The room was quite spacious. The weather was unpredictable and a few nights the apartment got very hot and dry. We should have asked how to operate the heater (a little different from normal thermostats) to adjust the temperature.

The staff were helpful and supportive for all our needs. Apartment was big enough for 5 travelers. The hall was large enough and got for family. Apartment equipped with 2 toilets. Wifi was not good at all, we used our own data service. Some part in apartment broken like door frame cover and floor skirting.

The location was super close to osman bey metro station. Gül gave us the best experience she was super helpful -as she spoke a little bit Arabic- and knowledgeable she explained every attraction so well and gave us great recommendations. We missed our ride to airport she immediately handle it and booked us another one we were on time. The property restrooms had water leakage but they assured that they are fixing it on couple of months.
