The pillows were really bad and they couldn’t offer a different pillow, the mattress was uncomfortable, the linens and towels were worn out and old. The bathroom needed regrouping and it was moldy looking. The hotel did not have umbrellas to offer guest on rainy days. The only thing good was the staff. Overall it is a two star hotel advertised as four. It needs a major update

Spacious, beautiful room. I wanted a location away from old town to avoid the constant sales pitches and I felt very safe and relaxed here. There was nothing not to like.

Location is the best easy access to all places and cleanliness and big warming welcome at lobby specially from ilayda the guest relation manager and miss ela at reception It’s all over the best except the pillow wasn’t hard for me I like hard pillows not soft

The property was clean and adequate We had an issue with the AC it specifically mentioned that AC is available however it was switched off even though we kept on requesting to switch it on.
