Very nice place In the center of city Every thing are very near shops and metro and restaurants and very clean place It’s was very nice place But specially Mr Burak was really good man He help us very much i was booked this hotel from advance in my country and i was booked other hotel Wen i arrived in hotel le marige i really love and comfortable with staff specially mr burak He was really helpful and other day i try to cancel the other hotel was booked but the rejected my request i left from this hote i stay 2 days there and i come back this hotel again specially for Mr Burak Because he was good person and nice person He helped me lot and He arrange for me good tour trip If i visit Istanbul again i well book all time this hotel way because of only the one reason they staff like MR Burak and is team I washed for Mr burak very happy life

Fantastic hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and perfect location. I have been to Istanbul many times and often disappointed with the hotels but this one was wonderful. We stayed 10 days for my daughter’s surgery and the staff were caring and helpful, always offering us ice packs for her post surgery care. Thank you so much for a great experience.

The staff were very friendly, especially Halima and the other guy from the catering staff. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The window had a problem and wouldn't close, so I had to spend the night with the window open until it was fixed in the morning. It was noisy and a bit cold. An extra blanket was provided. A laundry service was not provided.

The reception staff were friendly, they have upgraded me upon arrival and they were very accommodating during my stay Housekeeping service was poor. Did not clean the room well. Never cleaned the floor during my stay. Breakfast staff were not helpful and seemed unhappy. Never saw their smile.

comfortable stay, welcoming staff, good location, near to istanbul cevahir mall. The reception staff are very friendly, especially Kazim bay. Not easy to request Taksi from the hotel. The breakfast dishes are limited.
