I have been there a few times and I didn't have problems until now. The lady with the black hair on the reception was really nice and kind ? The air-conditioning didn't work in this cold weather, they gave us an extra blanket because the technician couldn't repair it, but didn't give us a small heater even because by the opinion of the receptionist ( with the brackets ) it was so dangerous. Also after that she was the angry one to me but I could say I should be more angry because I am paying and also the guests there are the reason she is taking a salary. Her behaviour was awful and it was like it was my fault that I wanted to stay in a hot room ?

Very friendly and helpful staff, in a great location, with everything available nearby, and close to bus and metro stations. My family and I enjoyed staying there and also enjoyed the included breakfast every morning.

Very good hotel ! Nothing

The breakfast was good, but the same every day. The location was also good. The room was too too small. You can’t sit. There isn’t even a chair or a table.

Great hotel and even grater staff. Clean and comfort hotel. Location is very good, close to every things. And only steps to OsmanBay metro station. I recommend this hotel specially for families. It’s safe and clean Hotel.

Upon arrival, the behavior of the two gentlemen at the reception made me feel insecure.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Atik Palas Hotel, Unfortunately, the property did not match the describe or the photos provided online. Upon arrival, we found the room to be extremely small, with a very unpleasant odor. It was in no way comparable to what was advertised. We did not even stay for one hour. We requested to change to a larger room, but our request was refused. As a result, we had no choice but to cancel our reservation. However, the hotel refused to process a refund and did not even follow the cancellation policy, which clearly states that only one night’s charge should apply. Instead, they withheld the full payment, which is unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate refund in accordance with the cancellation policy and compensation for the inconvenience caused. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Breakfast: - Served on the rooftop, with seating available both outside and indoors. The selection doesn’t change, but overall it’s fine for breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, French fries, cereal with milk, and some vegetables/fruits/cold cuts/cheeses). Cleaning: - Upon arrival, the room was poorly cleaned. On one of the nightstands there was an empty condom wrapper. The air conditioner grille was covered in dust, clearly not cleaned for a long time. There were a couple of stains on the blanket. - Housekeeping is done daily, but staff come around offering cleaning only once at about 12 p.m. (one time they came at 3 p.m. for some reason). We didn’t have time to wake up, have breakfast, and leave the room to make it available for cleaning, which often resulted in the room not being cleaned at all. On the occasions when the room was cleaned, toilet paper wasn’t replaced right away (only on the second day, when almost nothing was left from the previous roll, even though three people were staying in the room), and shower gel and shampoo weren’t replaced even once throughout the entire week. - When staff walk around knocking on doors to ask about cleaning, they enter the room themselves if no one answers - there were cases when they came in and cleaned while one person was still asleep in one of the rooms, and even while everyone was asleep (I hadn’t fully woken up yet to answer, but they had already opened the door, which is almost directly opposite the bed). Noise: - The windows (more precisely, the balcony doors) of the room faced the street, and the soundproofing was completely absent (on top of that, the doors were quite worn out and didn’t close properly), which made it very difficult to fall asleep - motorcycles and cars often pass right under the windows. Room facilities: - There was no kettle in the room, nor any drinking water - everything had to be ordered separately for an additional charge. - The Wi-Fi is terrible, the internet doesn’t work about 50% of the time. It feels like it’s mostly down in the mornings and evenings, when most people are using it. Most likely the internet/router just can’t handle the load. - The room had two TVs, and neither of them worked.

The breakfast is basic but with fresh vegetables, watermelon and cheeses, among others. The location is good, close to a metro line which is more reliable then public transport. The room was not as expected, extremely small with no space to leave 2 suitcases, clean sheet but with stains, unclean curtains and very dirty and dusty, old furniture and an overall impression of not properly cleanliness. The AC didnt work properly, so I had to sleep with the windows open. I would say is a 3* hotel, a bit overpriced for what they offer, but maybe prices in Turkey are going too much up compared to my past visits. I had higher expectations considering the photos on booking and location. Noisy street, maybe because the windows are not soundproof. I noticed they used my review to give a exceptional 10, which I am now modifying to show the truth. Maybe this is the case for the other reviews I have read and mislead me in choosing this hotel.

The only likable point was the location. Two times around 2 am another travelers came in to my room and scared the F out of me! I had booking for 10 days but in their system it was only for 5 days. So i had to show them my booking confirmation and it was extremely hard as their english was absolutely awful.

The only thing that was good was the breakfast I had a chance to use this property twice. In my first stay, I was upgraded to a big room but the sofa was too dirty, the towels were too musty and dirty, the windows couldn’t be locked properly. If you have luggages, you have to move them from the entrance to the first floor if there is nobody to help at the moment. When I complained about the room and told them that I have another reservation and I am reconsidering canceling it, they convinced me that they will put me in a better room. When I got back, I was given the usual economy double room and had to change it once since the air conditioning was not working. No need to mention but the room was definitely not double since I had trouble moving my suitcases. However, this room was definitely much cleaner than the previous one. I believe the main reason is big rooms are mainly used by arabs and therefore cannot be well maintained. But still, they should have been careful about the towels at least

The location is perfectly close to any destination .. The room is too small, there is no water or cattle to make tea if u like..the breakfast would be more fresh..

Nothing I like about this hotel Poor services Is it permissible for the elevator to stop working for two days?
