Perfect good location near the metro

Location; very kind, respectful, helpful hotel staff; great money value. Everything was great during my stay until the last night. Unfortunately, very loud and disruptive guests checked into room 402. I was right after surgery and was not feeling well, and because of the constant noise during all the night: shouting, jumping, and banging — I was unable to rest at all. Although the reception tried to handle the situation and contacted the guests, the noise did not stop. I would strongly recommend that the hotel take stricter measures in such situations to ensure other guests can rest, especially at night.

The location is perfect! The value for money is on par! The rooms are comfortable, clean bathrooms which is always a must for me! And the best part of my extended stay which lasted for 2.5 weeks was how understanding, accommodating, helpful and extremely friendly the staff are! I must make a huge shout out to Kasra who has a smile that lights up the lobby; he was extremely professional, he would go out of his way to fulfill any of my requests and would even be proactive and help in anyway he could! Kasra is a star! This is not just a typical suite, but it sure does possess the qualities of a high star hotel!

There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that was never open.

The property was near to the Metro station, Nişantaşı area, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the transportation from and to the airport was arranged by the property was excellent. The property was safe and room service was really good. The room facilities were great, air conditioning, TV, ironing, and tea and water were served daily. The bathroom filter was not clean, yet the room furniture and carpets are a bit old and better to be changed.

I really liked this hotel. The reception staff were extremely friendly and always smiling, which made the check-in process very pleasant. From the first moment, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Great hospitality and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Honestly, nothing in particular. Even though some of the furniture is a little old, it is very clean, well maintained, and adds to the hotel’s character. The hospitality and cleanliness more than made up for it, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is close to many places. The view is very nice on the street, which is a beautiful area of Istanbul. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast. It would be a perfect place for staying. There was no hair drier.

The location is super strategic, just a short walk to Osmanbey metro and bus stations, which makes getting around Istanbul so easy. It’s also close to shopping centers, nice cafés, and great restaurants. The hospitality was top notch, especially Mr. Kasra, who was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much! The staff even let us store our luggage after checkout while we waited for our flight home, which we really appreciated. Nothing

it was so close to the metro transportation which made me feel secure kinda ol furniture, can be renovated but doesn’t effect the stay

The unit could be cleaner. The kettle’s cord isn’t long enough to keep it on the table, only under the table. The fridge takes time to start working. The windows are not insulated enough, lots of noise from outside.

The hotel has a great location near to Osmanbey Metro station and Lotus Nişantaşı shopping all, bus stop nearby, lots of cafes (Nero café, Starbucks, Costa,, etc) and restaurants. The room and bed are comfortable, air-condition and little refrigerator are working great. Staff are super friendly, Mr. Murat and his staff are welcoming and helpful. Overall experience was great.

The location is great, near to Osmanbey Metro station, near the cafes and restaurant, vibrant area and everything is in a walking distance. Comfortable and clean rooms, definitely recommend it. Nothing.

Excellent location - close to the Osmanbey Metro station, Coffee shops, Carrefour grocery store and the luggage store is next door if you need an extra bag for all the Turkish delight you're taking back with you :-D Mr Murat is super friendly and very kind. It was a lovely stay.
