Nothing, it was extremely dirty. A lot of cigarettes burn on the blanket, sofa, table, and the room smell stinks.i even asked for a refund cause I could bear to stay 1 minute in that room as soon as I saw it. So I left and asked for a full refund, the hotel refused to refund me. I got another hotel. It was extremely dirty. The breakfast was good, and the location was in the central area. The staff spoke English well, which helped. They provided water for us every day and upgraded us to a higher room. The breakfast was good and fresh. The location of the hotel is a little difficult to get to as it is in between 2 lanes and can be missed. The room in question was a little off. The room could have been cleaned better as we found an old sock under the bed, and the flush was not working well. We had to fill the water to flush manually.

Lack of hygiene, lack of cleaning, old furniture, poor breakfast, rooms are not clean, No complementary snacks in the room, damaged and old towels. Also toilet seat was broken.

Again in Istanbul, travelling for work we choose the same hotel we stayed time ago. It is very nice hotel ,close to everything reasonable walking distance for Cevahir mall, Osmanbry metro station ,Nisantasi aerea, everything was good as we expected, kind reception peoples, gave us bigger rooms , good breakfast, worth for money, Nothing to say

It is a comfortable room but very old and used pieces of furniture. Stuff is helpful and kind, but do not speak so much. They are cleaning and change towels every day. The hotel is near the Metro station Osmanbay, about 5 minutes by foot—free Wifi with a really strong signal. Very old and used furniture. The table got burns from cigarettes. The fridge does not work properly. Breakfast is a bit pure. Not international channels in English language on TV

Excellent location, on a quiet street near Osmanbey metro station. There are many markets, pharmacies, and eateries nearby. The room is spacious, has a French balcony, comfortable mattresses, good shower. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day. I definitely recommend! only Turkish TV channels, For 7 days our bed linen wasn't changed unfortunately

Best location to the Osmanbey train station,clean,good price,nice staff. They didn’t have a bottled water in the room.

We got 3 people and stay in a family room, king size bed with single bed, with a sofa foldable to double bed, got kitchen and washing machine but no where to dry clothes Breakfast is vegetarian even sausage is vegetarian, coffee machine is terrible no where near good taste. The room certain can't fully close , luckily I got my sleep mask with me
