The location is good , 2’ to metro stations and bus stops. The room is pretty small and no real window to fresh air.
-
Friendly staff, hotel location, internet, air conditioner/heater in room. Room for 1 person is too small (6 m2 approximately), Breacfast starts from 8.30.

Very nice hotel, good and helpful staff. Rooms are clean. Great location. I didn't like that we always had the same breakfast every day.
-
Great location, 2 minutes from metro. Room was clean, had everything that I needed. The stuff was so nice, always there if I needed anything. The breakfast is basic, but good. Definitely recommending this hotel.

The hotel staff ensured that my stay was comfortable and without any difficulty. The location is excellent. It is close to malls, shops, restaurants, the Osmenbay, Sisli metro. The hotel serves a light breakfast with eggs to order. The room was very comfortable and, even street side, was quiet and restful.

The staff made me feel completely at home. I’d like to especially thank Nadia and the whole Void hotel team for their exceptional care. I felt safe and well looked after, especially when I got sick they kindly took care of my luggage until I returned from the hospital. Their customer service was outstanding, very professional and kind. The location is also excellent??

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I checked in very late but they waited for me to arrive and I had a nice chat with the receptionist about football and Scotland. The TV was awful. Only about four channels and they seemed to be all advertising.

The staff..Nadia, and the two gentlemen at the front desk, along with literally everyone were so helpful! Breakfast was hardy, wifi, shower beds, linens, etc all great! You can't beat the Value. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant! Mary ???

The hotel's staff was very nice, friendly, warm, welcoming and always ready to help or give advice. They showed genuine concern whenever I had an issue and made sure it was quickly resolved. The bed was very comfortable and soft, the wi-fi was good, and there was always hot water and even a safe box. I also liked the hotel's location, as it is close to the metro and many places to eat, buy a sim card, exchange money, shop, and get groceries. While I appreciated my stay, there were a few issues. Rubber slippers were not provided, so I had to buy some. The television offered a limited selection of channels, predominantly in Turkish. Additionally, the towels were not changed during my stay, and it appeared that the bed linens were not changed either.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Room too small

The location was ideal, just one stop by metro to Taksim square. The old city was also decent commute. Nothing. The accommodation met my needs.
