The location was perfect, the staff in the hotel. Very old furniture and facilities, the AC did not work at night so the staff had to fix it, there was no hot water in the morning so we took a shower with cold water.

Very basic Breadfast no variety , water heater was not working for two days , one elevator only was working . Overall the hotel needs renovation .

Love it. The location and the staff was amazing very helpful Bilingual and hospitality was perfect. This is my second time and i would do it again and again. 1 min walk to osman bey street

The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation. The room was comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly especialy in the reception Mr. Ammar, and everything met my expectations. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast, as it would benefit from more variety and better quality.
