Over the course of my stay, I kept waiting to notice some small issue, but honestly, I couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. Everything from the cleanliness to the amenities to the overall atmosphere was simply excellent

Nice and modern part of the city. Clean, pleasant. Room was big. Breakfast was different every morning and you could pick smth extra from the card. Noise from outside

Large room. Very good breakfast. Quite near to metro. The hotel sets the AC centrally to Heat or Cool. Under one of the nights it was set to Heat and we got ca +23 C in our room, too high for a good sleep. Attempted to sleep with open window but then too much noise comes in. Fortunately next day the hotel switched AC to Cool.

Where to start? Great style in the hotel and the location cannot be beat, 30 mins from Istanbul Airport and few steps from Nisantaci and Osman Bey. You have all around you: boutiques ,restaurants, patisserie, coffee shops , banks, ATM,...etc . If you are coming for shopping and food like me, this is definitely the right place for you!!! The property is spotless clean and everything is about meticulous design, beauty and generosity. Comfortable rooms, very calm and relaxing. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and management. The attention to details was phenomenal and super quick to accommodate my needs. Breakfast is one of the best, delicious food with fresh seasonal fruit , juices and tasty Turkish tea. The management allowed me to check out late and helped me with my luggage. Everything was so smooth and no hassle . I'm going back to Istanbul in few weeks and already booked again with them. A five-star rating is well-deserved for this delightful blend of cleanliness and outstanding hospitality. keep up the great work Renata! çok teşekkür ederim :-) Not even a single detail that I did not like

The room was large and nicely decorated. The bathroom was amazing and the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t good at all. At first, we had access to a buffet - which was small and not varied compared to other hotels, from the same range, I’ve been too in Istanbul. Then for the last 4 days of the stay, it was a plate service in which they serve you a plate they already prepared. The food wasn’t fresh and seemed to have been in the fridge for a while. We think it was due to the low number of customers in the hotel. However, we did not appreciate being served things we didn’t want and that wasn’t qualitative. We then decided to have breakfast outside. It was very disappointing because we have been in similar hotels where the breakfast was outstanding.
