Everything about our stay at The Nirvanas Hotel was a perfect 10. The entire team is incredibly professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Caner Bey and Miray Hanım for their outstanding hospitality – they made us feel at home and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I had a very pleasant stay at Nirvana Hotel Istanbul. From the very beginning, the registration process was handled smoothly and professionally by Mr. Furkan, who made everything easy and efficient. I would also like to thank Mr. Ümit, İrem, and Veysel for their warm welcome and hospitality – they made me feel comfortable right from arrival. Special thanks as well to Yaman, Caner, and Miray for their kindness and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The staff in general were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

Was actually amazed how quick any request is made, not like other european hotels to chase the staff. Special thanks to: late checkin stuff Erhan and Emrah, the day shift that made upgrades: Furlen, Coner, Veysel, Civana, Turgul.

The breakfast was the best value of my stay

Zero soundproof. We heard every step of our neighbors. When they talked by phone, I was able to hear everything from the phone. Also we heard noise from the street, because of the bad quality of windows.

It was the most clean and comfortable stay we have ever had in a long time.All the staff were extremely warm and welcoming and special thanks to Mr Caner, Furkan, Veysel and Ms. Eda for their exceptional assistance, they made us feel like we were at our own home.

When the employees are cleaning the hallway they are very loud when they talk and knock on the doors with their vacuum cleaners. They act as if everyone is awake or has left the hotel. The employee at the pool was rude and aggressive that we have to buy hair caps to swim in the pool because our hair would be damaged by the chlorine in the water (they care more about your hair than you do) even though it is not written anywhere and everywhere it says that it is free to use. When I asked him if it is possible to pay at the reception later when we leave so that we do not have to go back up to the room to get money, he just said MONEY FOR THE CAPS OR NO SWIMMING. It was not a lot of money and it was not a problem but the way he behaved was the problem. There are very few parking spaces at the hotel, one night there was no space for my vehicle in the hotel and the employees helped me park in front of the hotel in a car wash. We agreed on a price of 150 liras, but the next day when a spot became available at the hotel and I went to repark my car, they asked me for 300. When I told them why that wasn't the deal, they just threw up their hands.

Friendly staff overall, good interior design especially in the lobby I’d expect fried eggs or omelettes in the breakfast.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Busy street nearby. Rooms. Beds. Elevator (only one). Parking.

The international channels were not working, it was all turkish channels which I could not understand.
