Refrigerator does not get cold enough. I had medications that needed to be kept in cooler refrigerator.

Good breakfast in the next door restaurant. The hotel is fine. Rooms are very clean and very large. No elevator. I was told it would be fixed but it looked like they were disabled for a while now with no sign of work being done. While staff was OK, they were just OK. No smiling face or anything like that here. Probably not professional hospitality people.

The room was exceptional, as well as the bathroom, the location of the hotel was great because there are lots of restaurants, groceries and cafes, and there were many local shops and markets in the surrounding area. The air conditioning was somewhat lacking during daytime, and the window wasn't sealing perfectly so there was some noise in the room.

Staffs were very kind, friendly and thanks especially to Mr. Halil Ibrahim and Ms. Raziye. Stayed there for a week and extremely satisfied. The house keeping service for the room was top notch . The hotel and rooms are new and freshness. Very close to metrobus and many cafes / restaurants around there. Highly recommend to stay that hotel. Nothing :-)
