Express Inci Airport Hotel

Everything is good ?

We arrived at the hotel around 4 AM, well before the official check-in time, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. For an extra 15 euros, they arranged a room for us right away, which we really appreciated after a long trip. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One minor downside was that the walls weren’t well soundproofed — we could hear even small sounds like someone coughing. At one point, the staff knocked on our door just to check if everything was okay, which was a nice gesture, though a bit unusual. The hotel is in a good location, close to the Metrobus, and the place is easy to find. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few quirks.

Employees nice, ok. Really polite. The price was low so I did not had some great expectayions. Near the hotel are the restourants which was really nice. Very modest equipement. There is no closet in the room...at least not somethibg with the door. The photo ibcluded...obly 6 offibger hangibg above the mjni bat and few spots tk put the clothes. For tgree of us. Poor sound and thermal isolation. Very poor...For example...the first day we were hearing sexual noices from other rooms. Door of our room have some failure with the lockage and we have difficulties to open and close it. There is no place to hang the clothes during the shower in the bathtoom. Only obe key for 3 of us. Some rooms do not have fridge/mini bar (specified that it was). Issuing of the invoice was problematic. The shower is fixed and high and really difficult to use if you do not want to have your hair wet each time you take a shower. One bad is unusually narrow, not standard size. Othe two also narrow but some standard size. We did not have any toilet paper when we came...but they provided to us later. It is nice that there is kattle in the room.

Nothing It was poorly managed, not clean. Broken doors and cabinets. Cigarette smoke in all the rooms, uncomfortable bed no proper duvet. Overall really bad, do not stay here! Staff rude and do not care. We had to leave after 1 night despite booking for 8. Misleading photos online

Good location for my goals. No breakfast. Good for price.

Nothing! I can only say: In all the years I have booked hotels from this site, this has been the worst hotel in every way I have booked. The least possible option in cold weather is a means to heat the room, which it did not have and was broken, with staff who were very indifferent to the problems.

The location is good near Sefakoy metrobus station. The price was good in my stay date. The employees are friendly. The hotel room need maintainance and the the mattress need to be changed

In my visit to Istanbul i only needed a place to sleep at night, because it was my first time to visit Turkey and i wanted to explore it. This hotel fulfilled my needs because the room and bathroom were clean, it had a TV and a fridge, and the hotel's place was excellent, it was so near it took two minutes walking to the bus stop where you can go anywhere you want in istanbul and also was near to a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

There’s an issue with water , last day at morning there’s no water at all so I could not took a showers or wash my face .
