Hotel is not very comfortable as the name of hotel, the room is small and furniture is not good, I hit my head on furniture twice.

Nothing to like there. It's not what you have published here. Starting from the cleanliness it's really bad, the room we got first which we had to change after we checked in the late night. The first impression was really bad with the staff where the person who came to the reception didn't even welcome us, where he just asked for the payment straight away and mentioned an upgrade of the room. To be honest he couldn't speak English well enough and he was rude. We came to the hotel around 22:15 (we have already mentioned our arrival time at the online booking and they were ok) hence it was a bad first impression of the hotel. Later when we went into the room after the check in the room was in bad shape (images and video attached). It was not clean, bad smell and then when we took a shower water was leaking from the side of the washroom. The commode was not cleaned, the shower was awful and the water spills outside all over the floor due to no door or shower curtain to close while you have a shower. The washroom floor was slippery (meaning they haven't used any cleaning agent to clean the floor). Next at around 12:30 am when we were about to sleep we plugged our phone chargers to the plug points where there was no power from those plug points. I tried to call the reception and guess what, the room phone is not working (no connection). I then had to go down all the way to the reception and wait until the person at the reception gets free as he was checking in a group of tourists at that time. After waiting for around 20 min then I explained the situation of the room where he gave me another key to a room on the 7th floor. We had to move all our stuff (alone, no help from staff) from the 4th floor to 7th floor (to 7th floor, there was no ? lift. You have to go to the 6th floor and take the stairs). The power outlets were working but the status of the room was the same. The washroom was not up to the standard. The head shower was cracked and the second shower didn't work.

The properties are installed sufficiently. I love the bathroom. Beds are clean and the matress are really comfortable. I am easy to sweat when I lay on a thick matress but I did not get it here. Especially, it is very close to 13th District so I could find easily Asian restaurants. The room does not have sockets for both 2 beds but it is still okay when I could charge my phone by USB gate.

There were homeless people we had to walk past and a lot of garbage on the corner that wasn’t collect for several days.

Staff were really nice and helpful. it is easy to access metro so thats good! There were no kettles nor cups in the room; beds were really wobbly. It was hot but had no AC. I think there is not much room for luggages as well….

Perfect location - it has needed Metro stations in near by (up to 10 minutes walk). If breakfast is up to 10 a.m. I did not like the fact that when coming at 9:30, 9:40 you eat what is left, they don’t refill it, as it is supposed to be, you should have all for the time being.

I booked 3 rooms. But they charged us 2 times. Staff not friendly & room not comfortable & not clean

There was one cleaning lady cleaning the bar area . I went down to keep my coffee cup . She was very rude . It would be nice if u can keep a kettle so that guest can have a coffee or tea in the room .
