The breakfast was great, the front staff was friendly and spoke good english. The gym was also clean and good for such a small hotel. The room was generally well appointed with some fine touches. room had a badly working AC vent and the flush in the toilet needed repair. Some of the servers or helpers at breakfast seemed a bit unfriendly to non french speaking guests.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, not far from public transportation. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Amazing selection of breakfast foods, coffee, tea and juice. Great home feeling. All Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Had no complaints about anything.

Room was really comfy, staff very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. They allow pets to stay for an extra 20euro, my dog was very happy with the stay also.

Reception staff were quite good and helpful. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Good amount of seating throughout the hotel. Access to coffee and drinking water. Huge TV in the bedroom. The following is neither positive nor negative, but just for information: the hotel itself is tiny. Rooms are small, the reception area is used for everything: it's where breakfast (continental, ok selection, good coffee) is served, and doubles as a social area. It's functional but not comfortable or particularly appealing. The service staff at breakfast were ok. Food was generally restocked to a good level. You have to clear your own table. Overall I would describe the hotel as "functional" and "nice enough". Rooms are dated in terms of decoration and fixtures & fittings (plastic table on wheels - such as you would find in a hospital, no usb charge points, paintwork could do with updating), air conditioning does not have a setting which will cool the room - if you are hot, turn it off and open a window. Bathroom fittings have cosmetic damage.

The breakfast is excellent and great value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room isolation and heating is not good. The shower and bathroom is not heated and hence very cold and not convenient in winter.
